I asked the store manager if there was any paprika in the brisket and she said she had no way of knowing. I explained I have an allergy to peppers & she pointed to a small sign that referenced cross contamination & shrugged. There is a big difference between cross contamination and ingredients. It’s one of my favorite fast, healthy places to eat!
I was in the Boca Park location on 12/18/24 and had an absolutely terrible experience.
I placed our order for 2 try 2’s. The staff working was so unorganized they let our sandwiches sit while they tried to find enough ingredients to make our salads.
One employee used old brown Avocado's because as she told another employee I don’t want to cut anymore.

At Café Zupas, the food is fresh with lots of flavor and large portions. The atmosphere is nice and the service is great, though the lettuce in the salad was limp and brown. The Cobb salad and the pesto chicken sandwich are popular, and the curry soup is excellent. Dessert options include Dubai Strawberry with warm thick milk chocolate and toasted coconut & pistachios – heaven and the best dessert. It is a little pricey, but the app gives points quickly. Wait times can reach 20‑30 minutes, and food often gets set upon top in front of everyone's face, pushed along to the register; more registers would help. The location is very clean with great customer service and is preferred over the one at Prasada.
