The staff and food were excellent; however, the dining room was very dirty. The floor had messes all around, the booths hadn’t been cleaned, and the area where we turned in our plates was stacked and some plates had bugs on them. The staff seemed busy, but no one seemed aware of the condition of the dining area. We have tried other locations, so this was disappointing.

This is one of my favorite restaurants to go to, but this location has the worst customer ordering system I have ever seen in any restaurant. Lines back up, and screen malfunctions. None of this would be an issue if you can just go up to the window and order like a normal operating restaurant. I hope they remove those kiosk because it makes me hate going to this location.

The food USED to be good. Now NOT SO MUCH! I have tried to give this place a chance thinking maybe they will somehow figure it out and get back to the good thick creamy lobster bisque that was being served when they 1st opened. But I am done being disappointed! Do not waste ur money. The Lobster bisque if u can even call it that anymore is more like soup with tiny bits of lobster and mostly tomatoes and celery chunks. It was the exact opposite before.

Most of the time the experience its good. Food is pretty delicious. Getting your food in time can be challenging for them. I've had to wait a few times easily 20-30 minutes but that depends on the location too.

First off all we had wait over ten minutes to get our order. To only get home and salad had no dressing. Nor did we get our strawberry 🍓 ! Customer service was good but our was incomplete.

This location is WAY better than the one at Prasada. Very clean and great customer service Christine was extremely professional and hospitable. I’ll make the drive to this location over the one closer to my house moving forward.

I asked the store manager if there was any paprika in the brisket and she said she had no way of knowing. I explained I have an allergy to peppers & she pointed to a small sign that referenced cross contamination & shrugged. There is a big difference between cross contamination and ingredients. Your store manager should be trained in allergies AND know how to look up ingredients in the food & communicate it to the public. This should be the standard not the exception. I was so disappointed in her ambivalence, as if it was my fault for having allergies. Needless to say we won't be back

When you go through the drive-through and order a soup. You mainly get flavored water. I ordered the green chili soup. Only had one potato and the rest was all water. Was also missing the famous chocolate covered strawberries as well
