Haven't been in a Carl's since CA & WOW is this one CLEAN!!! Ryan was excellent at customer service, food made fresh. But, so impressed with how CLEAN it is. :-) Had breakfast burrito & coke.

My boyfriend and I stopped in to eat yesterday, 12/11/24, around 5pm-ish on the way to my friends house. He and I do not live together, so its the only thing that we both ate the same thing of. I will say the service was good and the fries were hot and fresh. Unfortunately, around 12:30‐1:00am I was so sick. I text my boyfriend to see how he was and same thing. He and I both spent most the night throwing up and all that goes with food poisoning. We're both still pretty sick this morning. Ive eaten at this location a few times in the past when I lived and worked in the area with no problems. I hope everybody else is feeling ok.

Let me tell you about my experience, I’ve been coming to this location for years, but the last few times I’ve been there, the person in the front Ryan has been amazing! He is fast, always smiling, and it genuinely feels like he loves his job, this dude needs to be recognized because of him and his staff here I keep coming back.

Disappointed, I had bought a Carl's Jr giftcard and thought I would take my daughter in-law and grandkids out for lunch. The place had no AC the poor workers I felt bad for them. We tried to eat inside my poor daughter in-law thought she was gonna pass out. The food was okay nothing to brag about. Just a bad experience.
