Anyone who complains about this place is confusing me. I eat here consistently and they are always super tasty, very friendly, and have big portions. You can tell the kitchen is very clean and organized. Plus, there are googly eyes on all the panda pictures inside 😂. The owner is an absolute sweetheart and is kind & caring 🙏
Edit: Again, I have to leave an amazing review. The website accidentally overcharged me because of the holiday prices and the owner remembered me and my order. He apologized and gave me an order of lo mein (the dish I was over charged for) and an Arizona green tea (which I always order.) I was blown away at his remembrance of me, my order, the complementary treats, and his customer service. I love eating here because the food is so good, so this made me super happy 😊

We are happy Chef Panda is in our neighborhood! Excellent service, fast and friendly delivery. I requested an additional ingredient in my lo mein and it was perfect. The lo mein is my favorite here as they're not at all oily like some are. My daughter also loves the orange tofu and donuts.

The food was delicious and everything tasted incredibly fresh—you can really tell they use quality ingredients. The orange chicken was a standout: lightly battered, delicate, and unlike any I’ve had before. Surprisingly good! I also tried the garlic edamame and shrimp fried rice, and both were excellent. I’ve officially found my new spot and will definitely be coming back often. Customer service was top tier!

Update to my previous review below. I decided to order again and the mongolian beef had more beef this time! Thank you for listening, I will order again :)
I know the ingrdients are getting expensive but c'mon. The mongolian beef hardly had any beef in it, it was mostly onion and soy sauce. Same goes for the kung pao shrimp, I counted 4 shrimp in my order and no, it wasn't the lunch special. Charge me a little more but make it a more generous portion of protein. And though I appreciate the free donuts, I have have to control my sugar levels so I can't eat them. I will not be going back.

Food is so great. Taste like the chicken is fried in funnel cake batter which makes it better. Must order sesame chicken. They have a lunch special where ur offered a plate the size of one from panda express but more filling, for 9$. U leave spending 12$ for a huge plate and a beverage

This used to be the best Chinese food spot in Surprise. Since they switched owners, its not even close to the same. Can't make substitutions to the noodles, they intentionally water down their used to be delicious sesame sauce, and have ruined my Chinese food go to. Just a shame.

Sooooo good!!!! I got the veggie lo mein and edamame. The cashier was so nice and helpful. Whatever sauce they mix for the lo mein is to die for. So flavorful. 100% will recommend for a quick eat spot.

great place overall but the past two times i’ve ordered their pork fried rice it tastes weird, I’ve had pork fried rice from other places and it tasted weird as well which is why I liked chef panda so much because it was different but now it tastes like the other places with a weird aftertaste in the rice and pork. It used to be nice and tender and now it’s dry and plastic tasting. I miss their old fried rice and I’d return if they brought back how they originally did it but I don’t wanna waste more money in hopes of it returning to how it was.
