For fake Arizona chinese food its ok. For the price, its a joke. That goes sadly for most places in this state. $20 for a mediocre dinner is BS

Ive been getting my teriyaki's chicken white rice and crab puffs for years, always had good service, hot food. Good fyou never had an issue. I didn't get the lunch special like I normally do I got the entree with apparently comes in a different container. And I picked up my food last night. About 6:02. You're not running a little late. I think it's closed at 6 but I get there pick up my food. I had to run over to fries to get a couple of things. I was there private 20 minutes and I put my food in my passenger seat and I never have to worry about anything leaking over. I didn't worry about what container was in and never had an issue before. So I didn't expect anything well. The container wasn't close tight and the teriyaki leaked out of the container was at the bottom of the bag and and got on my passenger seat. I was upset that the teriyaki got all over my seat so I just do the bag away. So the next day today I called in spoke with the lady and told her what happened and she kept asking me about the container. What did it look like? And I kept telling her what it looked like and that's all she was concerned with. I felt she's was avoiding the reason why I was telling her, and that is, I want them to replace it. I felt I gotta get to the point and tell her, I would like it replaced. She went back to what the container look like. I said, I gather your you're not gonna replace it. Im upset about that because money is hard and that a treat for me. I hate that Im not going back there. But, Im retired, I was a manager in over the fresh area and to me customer service is very high up there. You gotta do your customers right. I would have replaced it and gave her a larger amount because of the seat. But that just me.

They will charge you $1 if you order sauce on the side and $3 if you order extra sauce. Cheapest move I've ever seen, and I've worked as a waiter for 3 years.

Food came out piping hot! Took it home and it was still steaming by the time we ate. Also, the packaging was very fool proof, everything double wrapped. They put so much food it was bulging from the box.
Orange chicken was crunchy and candied, the way I like it. Lo mein was delicious as well. Husband said his sesame chicken was great too. We would go back!
Bought orange chicken, egg drop soup and crab puffs. After eating some, my daughters found this in everything ..it wouldn't let me post pics

Atmosphere is geared toward take. Food geared toward those who love food. The Hot & Sour soup alone is worth a stop. Couple that with every entrée I have tried, and you will not be disappointed. So happy I found this lovely spot in Surprise. It truly was a good surprise.
