Ordered online Labor day website did not show holiday hours. Was able to place order then drove to the restaurant where we found out they were closed. A waste of our time when all they had to do was post their hours or have the app not allow the order. They were able to look up the order and see it had been placed so the least they could have done was call me to let me know it wouldn't be full filled!
In the evening I had purchased two milkshakes through the drive thru. It was dark outside at the time and I was handed the milkshakes without being told the milkshakes weren’t sealed at the top. I didn’t find out the correct to go lids weren’t used until after I had placed the drinks in the carry out tray on the passenger seat and had driven away. The drinks of course spilled all over the front passenger seats, rights passenger door and floorboard. I had not gone farther...read full review
