Sad. That’s the best word I can come up with because this location gives every indication Chick-fil-A is becoming a McDonald’s.

Even when you first drive in to the parking lot, you know something is different.

And upon entry, you realize the quality of design, material and craftsmanship has been greatly discounted and degraded from what you would expect from a normal Chick-fil-A to which they built their reputation on

Add to that, the service is extremely lacking in terms of the quality of service. What happened? I mean that sincerely… What happened? Who decided that this was the way to train and operate a Chick-fil-A?

Whomever is the regional manager or the influencer of downgrading Chick-fil-A, should be re-examined.

If this is a sign of what to come, Cathy Truety will turn over in his grave .

I’ve always heard Chick-fil-A prides itself on great service, but the Bell Road location in Surprise completely missed the mark. The management here is a joke — disorganized, dismissive, and completely lacking in professionalism. I came in with a simple issue regarding a messed-up mobile order, and not only was it brushed off, but the manager acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking for it to be corrected.

The employees looked lost, and no one seemed to know who was in charge. After waiting over 20 minutes for food that should have been ready when I walked in, I finally asked for a refund — which took another 10 minutes and attitude from the staff. No apology, no attempt to make it right. Just a lot of blank stares and poor communication.

This location seriously needs retraining from top to bottom. If you’re expecting the usual Chick-fil-A experience, avoid this place — it’s the worst-run one I’ve ever been to. And even worse I heard if you had a job here and you use them for a reference, no matter how good you were they will lie and say you were the worst worker and absolutely lie on you’re name.

i thought i had lost one of my rings in the trash and one of their shift lead, jaden, looked through the trash for me. i found it eventually but i thank him for that little extra so much!! excellent place :3

They told us sorry for the slow service, and gave us a couple of free food gift card things. Yet, the service wasn't slow at all.

I love Chick-fil-A but this location always forgets something in our bag I don’t know why I still trust you. I will be looking from now on even if I have to take everything out of my bag. The first time you forget my sandwich the second time you forget my daughter’s gluten free bun and this time you forgot a 12 piece nugget. My daughter loves to eat chick-fil-A because you offer gluten free items. I’m very irritated that you can’t take the time to make sure the order is correct and all in the bag!!!!

Went in a few days back, unfortunately 2 sandwiches were made incorrectly. Called location spoke with Caitlyn. She indicated to swing by when in area. Today I was in area, 10:23 I was at drive through, told person on intercom reason for my visit, she was confused what to do, so she went to ask. She said drive up and speak to Caitlyn. I’m like can I tell you sandwiches that we’re going to be replaced. No pull forward. Waiting in line time becomes 10:30. So when it was my turn at window 10:30, I was told it to late to make sandwiches. They had nothing to do my order!!! I told her, but that why I was trying to tell you my order. Wasted my time, tired of this location customer service. Hopefully corporate reads this!!!!

Can't go wrong with Chick-fil-a! I love the Cobb salad, it is my favorite! The chicken mini breakfast sandwiches are the best! The waffle fries are really good, and my kids love the nuggets and chicken sandwiches! Oh, and the lemonade is the best at Chick-fil-A!

At approximately 10:15 am on wednesday january 15, 2025, i went through the drive through to order what i thought i always ordered. Because it was still breakfast time i was confused about them telling me i couldnt order what i wanted. Long story short i was a bit hangry and perhaps a bit short with the employees at first, but there was a dark skinned gentleman at the food window that explained everything, cleared up any confusion, and then proceeded to go above and beyond to make my experience special. I WISH i could remember his name but thats why i was specific about the time and day so that a manager can talk to him and maybe put him inline for a promotion. He really just made everything better and made my day. You can tell he is passionate about his job and for giving great customer service. Thank you again ill be back!
