I went to this Chick Fil A at 8:30 pm!! And went straight to ordering, and we were expecting to dine in with my family, but the cashier told us that if we don't leave by 9 pm, we will be kicked out. Excuse me? When did places start kicking out people for eating 30 minutes before they close, and on Google, they say they close at 10 pm! I love the food, and it's always delicious, but saying we will be kicked out at 9 pm and we were there 30 minutes early is outrageous. I'm hoping that they change this rule because the other Chick Fil A at Prasada does not treat us like this. You might as well go to Culvers down the street at 9:45 pm, and they treat you with respect, and they won't kick you out. Very disappointing

Great team and excellent customer service! I’m always greeted with a warm smile from one of their friendly employees, which makes the visit even better. The food is always fresh, consistent and tastes like it just came straight from the kitchen.
The only thing that could be improved is the wait time from ordering to pickup could be a little faster but overall, it’s a great experience every time.

I ordered the new pretzel sandwich and it was horrible. The bun was cold, the chicken was hard to chew, I ordered only chicken and the bun, it had everything on it.I contacted customer service and no one got back to me, it's been 2 weeks

I am very sad about my salad. I used to get them all the time and the lettuce was beautiful, green leafy and I would honestly brag about how good they were. Today I got a salad, it was romaine lettuce mostly light green and some wilted and barely any chicken. What a bummer. I take my salads seriously and this was not good.
