BEWARE ORDERING PICK UP AND DELIVERY No it’s not DD/Uber etc. They take what they are given assuming it’s correct. Sauces missing is annoying sure but a whole meal missing and the store does NOTHING but direct you to these apps. Chick fil a is the one that PREPS the bag. Super inconvenient, inconsistent and waste of money. Terrible customer service too. And like others, those fries are low, are they trained to be stingy with fries?

Chick-fil-A in general has gone downhill in the last few years, but come on there is no inside seating?! I am done with CFA if this is where you are going it was bad enough when you took the play area as away from our kids, but now we can't even enjoy a meal inside!

Food is hit or miss and most of the time orders are NOT correct. It's common to get dry chicken and sloppy sandwiches. Employees are nice most of the time.

Outdoor patio is our favorite since we can bring our dog! The patio is the only sitting area if you are “dining in” so don’t be alarmed that you walk up to order from the outside. They have most fans to keep you cool. Service and food is great like usual.

I also would like to agree with the hundreds of others who have stated that it’s ridiculous to not have an indoor eating area. Especially in the middle of the desert where it gets up to 116 degrees during the summer.

placed a mobile order and no one came to my car to deliver my food even thought it said a team member was on their way. i get off and ask the girl if she had my food and it was just sitting on the rack by the door. seriously train your team members to do simple tasks.
