I've visited this Chick-fil-a location several times, and unfortunately it doesn't meet the high standards I've come to expect from the brand. The service is unusually slow, and there seems to be a lack of professionalism compared to other Chick-fil-as. I have ordered curbside pickup multiple times through the app, thinking it would save time, but it's actually slower than going through the long drive-thru line. Each time, I've ended up waiting longer than expected and had to ask about my order status. This location definitely has room for improvement in efficiency and customer service.

We were not expecting it to be an "outdoor only" seating venue. It was clean and the workers were smiling and personable.
With great weather (like today), it was a really nice experience.

Our first visit to this property. Of course it is a new facility so everything is fresh, the exterior is clean and the outdoor seating is unique. The staff was friendly and professional assisting us thru the operation of this new concept of drive thru, call ahead, door dash and an outdoor dining area, with no interior dining area. It put into prospective that we are outdated in a world of FAST and convenience. The weather was perfect for dining outside. Not quite sure if the west exposure will be as enjoyable when the weather is HOT. The staff was extremely patient with us in introducing us to the concept and taking our order. The food came quickly was fresh and hot. Not a fan of the concept but totally understand the need of this business model.

Once again, I asked for no salt fries and yet again received salted fries. I ask for no salt because I need to. If I had a choice, I wouldn't bother them with this request. This Chik is closer to us, but the one at 83rd and Bell is much better.
Dietary restrictions: Don't bother asking. No one at this location listens.

Moved out to the 303 area and have gone to this Chick-fil-A 6 times in the past month and it has been great food all 6 times . Definitely recommend . Im a fan of their spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese , throw some ranch and Buffalo sauce on every bite ? !
