Food absolutely sucked, everything was cold or cooked wrong. Highly don't recommend. Management came out and seemed to not care.

Just walk inside and grab your food. The curbside pick up is more of a wait outside for 15 mins while no one comes to check on you while your food gets cold. Also what would it have taken?? Two extra minutes to get us a new bun knowing damn well you burnt the shit out of it?

Disgusting! I don't know how they let food like this go out the door. Rotten avocado in my salad and on my husband's sandwich. Rotten guacamole. Chips so greasy they are chewy instead of crunchy. Wilted lettuce. The entire meal was in edible and we will definitely never go to this location again.

Chilis on Bell Rd in Surprise has the worst food and bad cook. They served us a rotten avocado which could put someone in the hospital. The steak was dry and the food was cold. Didn't realize this till we got home with the food.

Best burger in the West Valley! For under $11 bucks I got a 10 oz cheeseburger made smashed style and to my desired degree of doneness. All the typical condiments, fries, salad, and a drink. I've been there twice, and both waitresses were really attentive and fun. Compare that to a McDonalds drive through McCrapburger...

This is my neighborhood Chili's.. great service and fresh food everytime I go.. even going this past Sunday the kitchen got behind and we waited more then half hr for our food.. I didn't complain since stuff happens and the waitress was keeping us updated.. my bill got discounted without me even thinking of asking nor would i have... great all around here at this location..

Chili's is Chili's. A solid restaurant with good food, good service, and good clean facilities. It's not "flashy", it's just a good place to eat with reasonable pricing.We ordered the triple dip (two types of queso and one guacamole) with a basket of chips and split a burger with fries and a soft drink. It was more food than we could eat, and the total price was $16 plus a tip. Seriously, we spend that much at McD's.We eat at Chili's frequently. GOOD FOOD, GOOD SERVICE, CLEAN FACILITY, AND ALL THIS WITH REASONABLE PRICES.
