We’ve come here many times and it used to be one of our favorite spots, but our experience yesterday completely changed that. There were six of us, and our waiter never checked on us after seating us. Plates piled up, and even after stacking them at the table’s edge, no one cleared them. After waiting 15–20 minutes, I finally took them myself and was ignored while standing there. When staff did respond, they were short and rude.
To make matters worse, my daughter found two hairs in her crab legs and her mom also found a hair in her food. None of us have blonde hair, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food handling.
I brought this to the manager’s attention, but he seemed unconcerned. Between the poor service and food safety issues, we won’t be returning.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever encountered. I was greeted by an asian male who could not be bothered with hello or a smile then walked away from me when I asked for a closer table. Another asian server completely ignored me when I asked for help and threw his hands at me when I asked again. Extremely rude staff, place is dark and old. Food is not good and way over priced! Save yourself the trip and frustration!

Took them 20 minutes to bring drinks and never got another refill even after asking. Some of the food was old and inedible. Never brought anymore crab legs out. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

I would eat any meal hear employees are so nice like SO nice and dessert is even better. They have UNLIMITED options if you are vegetarian, vegan, even if you only eat fish. Take out as well. For dessert they have ice cream, to moose to LEMON CAKE options if you're a chocolate lover to a coffee Carmel! Chairs fit for a king and even a booth. Everyone is so friendly and discounts if you have children! I love it here!

Atmosphere was fine. Pot stickers and siu mai were stale and reheated at 1230pm. Didn't get 2nd serving. I got sick after getting home. Not going back again. 2 friends recommended but they were disappointed yesterday too.

Took my asian Chinese friend there and I've been there many times but today was bad. The dumplings were days old as she says and dim sum not good. I don't eat that but I had the noodles which was pasty and was left over possibly from night before. I met my brother-in-law there by accident and he said wasn't as good as normal. My Asian friend was in bathroom not long after. Still left big tip not the waiters fault. Plus ice cream machine broken but not that important to me.

Dishes were greasy and had food on bottom stuck on. Floor in restaurant was slippery and greasy. Food was cold and food not cooked properly. Saw food on the floor. Services did not wash hands. On notice with health dept.

The food is okay, like any basic spot. Definitely not worth the Christmas price up-charge. $70 for 2 adults and a child. I won't be back but it did hit the spot for what I was wanting so I can't complain too much.
