Good, clean, restaurant, only thing is they were so quick in trying to place orders they forgot to ask if that was all for my order and went on to the next person when I still had to order for my daughter, no big deal, then her cheese crisp was forgotten about in the crisper so she didn’t get her food like I thought. Just a little upsetting to come home to but other than that the food was great, probably could use better training for the front employees is my only thing.

Came here TWO hours before close and they are out of several items and have the audacity to look at you like you're crazy for asking if they could make it while you wait! I can understand if I came in right before close but 2 hours! This staff is super rude! If you don't like your job then quit and give it to someone who will appreciate it! Management needs to crack down on these horrible employees across the board!

Ordered food lady was rude. Didn’t even put stake in it after I asked for steak. She picked it off with her hands and gave me so much attitude when I told her that is not what I Ordered then was attempting to give me a little meat. Can’t get ahold of the store manager to let her know of how crappy and rude the service was. Never going back again.

Constant issues with this location. It's usually the wrong meal completely. About 8/10 times the order is wrong. Then you spend 30+ mins hunting down a refund only to be told in the app you have to order several separate times to use the credit amount (no refund given). We avoid ordering chipotle now at all costs which is sad because we already would have spent hundreds if not thousands if we could just get what we actually order. The food is good when they actually pay attention to what you're ordering. Don't recommend delivery from here, always go in if you want a chance at getting what you paid for.
