They are stingy with the protein, you pay for toppings not protein. People behind the counter are dry and unfriendly. Like most big chain places that have been around for decades, the prices go up while the quality keeps going down. For the cost, it's best to go to a real Mexican restaurant. Don't let their commercials deceive you.

The crew seemed clustered due to veteran day offer, however the Kitchen was struggling. They could not refill any beans, veggies, or meats. The crew upfront were delightful, just a shame rice was overcooked and ruined the meal all over.

Do not come here at 10:24 at night you’ll receive the worst service ever by a young lady named Damon I believe. I walk in and she immediately rolls her eyes at me. Then asks me what I want and never looks at me and keeps looking away from me in disgust. I’m not trying to be a Karen , I don’t ever write reviews , but when the customer service is this poor I have no choice. I literally only came in for chicken, rice and a cheese bowl. Took her literally a minute to make my order and ring it up. Not sure why she acted like it was the end of the world. Let’s be a little more professional next time young lady.

I came in for a veggie burrito bowl and got…no veggies? Apparently only rice and beans exist at this location as ‘veggie.’ Definitely will never visit Chipotle again.

I've seen a lot of negative reviews for this location due to service, but went anyway because I was craving Chipotle. They weren't too busy but it was like 7:30, presumably just around after the normal dinner rush ended. As I got in, they had just run out of both chicken and white rice. The people working the line let us know that it would be like 5 minutes and I chose to wait. While waiting, I watched everyone in that chipotle work efficiently to help those that didn't want chicken or white rice while preparing those two ingredients swiftly. It was less than 5 minutes before the chicken was fully cooked (and cooked well), chopped up, and available again on the line. Then the nice man who told me that chicken wasn't available remembered that I had been first of the people waiting and helped me swiftly to get my burrito and bowl. Everyone was kind and used general manners. The portions were good and I enjoyed the food. I think it's important to remember that people are more likely to leave a negative review if they had a negative experience than the countless people who have likely received a good experience but didn't leave a review. At the end of the day, we're all people doing our best and deserve some grace.

Kind of gross but a cook kept on touching her face with an ungloved hand several times while handling food. She looked sick or something and I was really grossed out. I'm pretty sure a health inspector would have shut them down.

Went into this establishment after a long day of work. Staff was rude. Charged me for extra sauces that they didn’t even put in the bag. Asked for a receipt they had an attitude. Everyone was in the kitchen playing around and cursing behind the register. Very immature staff that serve. They didn’t even give proper portions and had an attitude when you ask for a little more like WHAT????? At this point you’re better off making a bowl at home. Save yourself the disrespect and disappointment. You guys need to clear the house and hire better people. MATURE PEOPLE. VERY SUCKY EXPERIENCE!!!

Ordered two burrito bowls for take out. Arrived early. Food in bag sitting next to register for how long? Got home and food was cold. Get a warming shelf. Receipt said utensils and napkins were included. Nothing. Will not return.
