If I could give negative stars I would. I was there at 12/26/25 at 1:25pm; I watched an employee temp the entire line without cleaning off the thermometer. She hit every pan cross contaminating everything.

Got food poisoning at this location I had never been so sick after a couple hours of eating at this place. It looked like I had an exorcism. The food handling practices at this location are terrible. I will not recommend it at all.

Very slow, nasty food and was charged for a kids quesadilla for no reason so we had to go back in and it took the employee and a manager quite a while to figure out how to issue a refund.. the brisket was disgusting, pretty much pure burnt gristle. The queso container that they were serving out of was completely caked and layered in old nasty product, looks like it never gets cleaned and they just dump more in it. Vile place and terrible management if that's acceptable for them.. Suffice to say, we will not be back.

There was a white female employee that was rude and aggressive with customers and other staff when I ordered and paid. Customers and staff were visibly uncomfortable. She aggressively yelled at a seemingly training, staff member and overly ignored customers who were ordering. I have not had a bad customer service experience with chipotle

Had a coworker stop by to pick up multiple orders and when they arrived an order was completely missing. Then when they asked about the order, the staff was being very rude about the missing order and gave a lot of grief when remaking it. Not a very pleasant experience.

Associates exceptionally unprofessional and impatient with guests. Protion sizes are pathetic.

I would definitely give them zero stars because I’m a vegetarian and I go to chipotle for the Sofritas tacos
I have been to this location twice, and they did not have any Sofritas. Very disappointing when you were going there ready to order and they don’t have the food that is up on the menu

Vegetarian options: No Sofritas

Dietary restrictions: If you are Vegetarian or vegan and what Sofrito’s burritos or tacos don’t go to this location

If you go to this Chipotle make sure they give you what you asked for. I asked for 2 steak bowls, & they did not put the stake in there. Unfortunately, I didn't know until I got home. They did give us a credit to come back.

Don’t EVER place your order for the drive thru. It is a disaster every single time. Not to mention, rarely will your food ever be ready in time. I waited in the drive thru 15 minutes past my pickup time, sitting and waiting at the window. Just to get an order thrown together that was meant to be mine but wasnt. It was labeled properly but what I received was missing all the extras I paid for. I got 2 meats in my bowl (only ordered 1), no cheese, no guac that I paid for, no beans, and no lettuce. They got 2/6 ingredients correct. Waste of time and money.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had! This one location seem to have consten issues lately. With tonight’s experience being unacceptable and the worst yet.
Went in at 9:00 stood there at the counter patiently waiting to give my order while the girl made numerous Togo orders. I understand that is part of the Chipotle process. My problem is as she she messed with her coworkers never even acknowledge I was there the curtious “Give me a minute” is not to much to ask.

Once she did help me and I asked for white rice she rudely informed me they were out. When she asked what kind of beans and I told her she snickerd to inform me they were out. When she asked what kind of meat I wanted I told her. She starts laughing along with the other girl behind the counter to tell me they were out of that too. At this point I no longer seen a reason to eat there and told her I no longer wanted it. She responded laughing and making comments.

I have eaten at this location regularly since they opened and service has gone down hill. I will not be returning and suggest others think twice too. The drive to Litchfield location is going to be a better option

Typically I get what I order, and typically it's not hot but warm. This time what I got was ice cold, and the meat was not what I ordered. I got Carnitas, instead of half steak half beef brisket. To say the least I had to toss it out , cause I just could not consume / stomach it. It was a complete waste of money.
