Went to the drive thru to pick up an order. Monica asked me what drink I wanted - I am unfamiliar with the drinks here and I was asking her questions. I figured out the drink I wanted. She turned around and told her coworker “she’s arguing with me as if I don’t work here” When same came back to give me my drink I told her that I heard what she said and she didn’t apologize or saying anything instead she acted confused. Very unprofessional Monica. I didn’t take my drink because at that point I didn’t even want it. Management please help Monica improve her performance.

I had such a great experience at this Chipotle! The staff here are absolutely amazing — super friendly and fast. You can tell they really care about providing great service and fresh food. Everything was clean, organized, and the food was great as always. Definitely one of the best Chipotle locations I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

Decided to try out the new location. Not a good look, brand new and yet everything was undeserved, very very disappointing and we will not be going back to this location. We placed our order on the app. Asked for fruit for the kids meals and got chips, the rice was crunchy, I dont understand how hard it is to follow the order requested. Will be contacting to get a refund, will update on how they handle this situation.

Staff is friendly and I understand this is a new location, however the food quality varies vastly day to day. I ordered a chicken quesadilla exactly the same 3 days in a row. First day was perfect, second they forgot to put the fajita veggies in the quesadilla and put it on the side, today it was oddly wet and soggy, even seeping through the bag and extremely salty.

Lowered a star because once again it is extremely inconsistent. I placed an order to pick up at 8:50, I am just now leaving Chipotle at 9:45. They took 40 minutes to make more guacamole.

Done coming to this location. If you come anytime within the last two hours, they scrounge on meat so they don’t have to make more and if they run out, they refuse to make more, which makes absolutely no sense especially since they still accept online orders so if I would’ve ordered on DoorDash or online like I was going to I would’ve gotten literally like burnt ass, Carnita bits and pieces. I did not wanna spend an additional two dollars getting steak but it was all they had and I was already there and the other one is over 2 miles away, which doesn’t seem like a lot but when you get off work and you just want to get food and go home and go to sleep it’s a lot. I pulled all my toppings aside to TRY and show you the meat but still can’t really find it 🫠

Customers need to make sure they know what location this poor service is at. Bell.rd & Litchfield in surprise, AZ! I reported them to corporate and I have yet to hear from them. The employees there treat Customers poorly. The evening shift leaves trash outside they talk about the Customers in front of their faces. They even agrue with Customers. I know more than usual bc theres a couple people I know that work there. These bad reviews are going to keep coming as long as these girls are still there. If they hate their job then why work there. Not 1 employee can be responsible there. I have the proof and will be sending what i have to corporate. They also need to check cameras on the days they work.

Been to this location three times now and won’t be returning the first two times was Meh- food was sat out, stale chips and a flat soda machine from a Chipotle that just opened I expected more,

I went in last night at about 8:30 pm, there were only a few employees there and barely any food in the area you order. There was a lady who asked in front “ my kids are hungry can you guys maybe cook something?” One of the employees just responded with I don’t know in a sarcastic tone, Food, Service and atmosphere were not good. This is NOT how you open a new location…

This new location is awesome! The staff is amazing 👏 super friendly, you can tell they enjoy their jobs. They're super welcoming and ready to serve their customers. So much better than the location on Bell road, where the staff is never friendly and makes you feel like you're inconveniencing them by visiting. This new location is so refreshing! I went at 8pm on the 23rd of September and every single staff member was incredible. They deserve a raise, and acknowledgement for doing their jobs to an extremely high standard and going above and beyond. I wish I had gotten their names, but they all deserve some acknowledgement!!
