Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was sooo excited to come here after work on my birthday. I’ve been coming to this location for over 13 years, I’ve always preferred this location. Unfortunately on 11/13 at around 6:45pm the young lady who was at the beginning of the expo line that handles the first half of the product had terrible attitude, rude, dismissive and bad customer service. It was a very unpleasant experience and it’s such a shame because again, this location has always been great.

The lady who wears a lot of makeup and thick brows was just very rude not only to me but her employees. I usually have a great experience here but she really needs to improve her attitude

Check your portions before you leave this store I've been short changed 2 times in a row now, short changed as in only 3/4s of a bowl full, had different people prepare the orders also. They probably short change people so they have some food left over for the employees to take home.....IM DONE, O'YA THERE IS A BARRO'S PIZZA NEXT DOOR, JUST SOUTH, SAME SIDE OF THE ROAD. HINT HINT!!!!!

Stale chips 3 out of last 5 trips one of them was completely inedible though to their credit they gave me a free chips the next time I brought it up. I'm only writing this review because when I came back last night the chips were stale again. I really do like the chips and salsa to get vegetables into my diet but the stale chips kind of make me burn out on this place.

Come here multiple times a week, always order through the app and pick up in the drive thru Lane. Food is always as ordered and warm, and the staff are always friendly.

Not sure why everyone is having such mixed experiences, but I’ve been going here since it opened and never had a problem. Lines are always short and they have chipotle lane 🤷‍♀️ can’t rly beat that

When they first opened, I gave them a five star review. Unfortunately for them, I have since changed that. I keep going back giving them another try but I keep getting disappointed. I have yet to get a meal without a lot of fat.In the meat. I have tried the pork, shredded beef and today i tried the carne asada. It did have good flavor but also a lot of fat. Service is always great and stores always clean.But unfortunately, the food is not up to the standards.

TMI warning. My fiancé and I are currently sick and only thing we had is chipotle. The steak bowl to be exact, with white rice, pinto beans and lettuce. Be careful everyone.
