Ice cream was great as usual. However, the staff was too busy doing online orders to help the customers standing in line. They left 1 guy to care for everyone in line that was increasing minute by minute.

We love Cold Stone. Never had a bad flavor. So when it came time for my daughter’s birthday, she wanted to make a custom icecream cake. $50 for a small cake. When we got it , the decorating was so bad! It was embarrassing to serve. My daughter said “I would never sell something that looks like this”. The writing was unreadable. For 50 bucks you think you should be able to read a simple message on cake. Also, mix-ins were very scant and there was no fudge in the middle. Very disappointing. Will go somewhere else for icecream from now on.

Tried to go to this location at 9:20 because the store doesn’t close until 10 but to our surprise the doors we already locked and the associates had closed early. I’m sure the manager would like to know about this.

Now i’m not an ice cream or cold stone expe rt but this new treat or treat does not look like what they are advertising. My entire mouth is pitch black and so are my hands. My stomach started hurting after a few bites. Absolutely horrible.

I have been a long time customer of Cold Stone. We were excited when we saw one wasn’t far from our new home. I have typically enjoyed the young people’s positive attitudes, hard work ethic and most cold stones seem like a fun place for a first job in high school.
But after a few visits to the surprise location I will be taking my business elsewhere. Last night was the final straw.
I came in around 8:30 pm, it has a small line, the slab surfaces were filthy, and the employees looked disheveled. I get that.
I addressed the employee trying to show empathy and said, “busy night?” He said in a grumpy tone, “ wasn’t supposed to be, what do you want?”
A little put off I decided to not push for two different flavor milkshakes and made it easier on him to make two of the same flavor in the same blender. He huffed and puffed around with an attitude.
Then he didn’t even fill them up. At this point the very least I expected was to receive the product I am paying a premium price for, but I didn’t even get that. Guess he underestimated how much he needed for 2 and thought it was sufficient. See photo.
Yeah, I’m done with surprise location. BTW, if you can make it to the Peoria location on happy valley and lake pleasant, they really are happy and pleasant and I usually leave a generous tip for their great customer service.
Only tip surprise is getting is to shape up and manage your store better.

ordered pick up and the ice cream was filled 3/4 in the triple pint. usually it’s full to the top so i was shocked especially for $22

My girlfriend loves ice cream 5 times I have tried to order her ice cream as a treat and 4 of those 5 times the order has been wrong.
It's a bit dirty and has a smell to it. Also the last 3 times I've come for a milkshake, they have been out of straws.

Sadly disappointed. Purchased 2 everybody containers for a birthday and they weren’t even full! Was almost 3in below the top. Cost just shy of $60! Won’t make that mistake again! Quality has gone way down since the last time I went there as well. I understand the economy sucks right now but seriously $60 for 2 not even 1/2 gallons!?!?! Never again!

My family & I come here alot on the weekends. But the cleanliness is just worse & worse each time. They need 2 deep clean this location. It's 1 of the, if not the most dirty cold stone I've been 2. I refuse 2 purchase ice cream from here until it looks decent & clean.
