All ice cream there is so good I'll go there everyday

I had went on Friday and was treated INCREDIBLY kindly by a lady working, she was a bright person and made a fantastic ice cream! She recognized the people walking in and then told them goodbye when they left! She was incredible with her customer service and made my night! I wish she had a name tag so I could direct this to her but thank you for the incredible ice cream young lady! (Darker hair)

I know the price of cold stone is more than other places, but the inside of this place was disgusting. And honestly, I didn't notice it until I was sitting and looking around. It looked like someone chewed on the wallpaper because they didn't have enough ice cream. I went to the bathroom and the bathroom was rough. The door to the back kitchen area was ajar and I saw water all over the floor, which is a huge issue . Why was there water all over the floor? It was a big puddle! They need to clean this place up . There were still stickers advertising Father's day (right now it's right before Labor day). The place looks run down. I just hope we don't get sick.

Customer service was meh. My oreo shake was more like chocolate milk, brought this to their attention, made a slightly thicker chocolate milk with no apology. Wasn't going to ask again, dissatisfactory overall.

We visited last night about 20 min prior to closing. The young lady who served us had a horrible attitude. I ordered a gotta have it and she half filled the container. We asked for kids and she threw them up on the counter… I understand being tired but you chose this job and you shouldn’t take it out on your customers no matter how bad your day is!

The employees of this location do not want to be there and it is very apparent. We went in on a Saturday that was not busy at all and they told us they ran out of milk. They didn’t want to serve us, which is fine, I like to know where to not spend my money. It’s just very strange to have such young people be so hateful, it’s really disgusting.

Went to cold stone yesterday after a long day to enjoy a cold that in cool environment and noticed how unusually hot it was inside the store. I also noticed that the ice cream was somewhat melted in the freezer case. I ask the person behind the counter if the a/c was broken and she said that they tell the owner but he won't fix it. I don't think it safe to eat there! Very disapointing
The place was so hot inside tonight the ice cream was melting in the tubs. When the workers went to add our mix ins they couldn’t even chop the pieces because the ice cream was running on the counter. The creations were like drinking a shake.

I have eaten at many different Coldstone Creamery’s in different states. First time at this location. When you pay eight dollars for a cup of ice cream it should at least fill the cup. A lot of money for very little ice cream. Will not return.

I was excited to check this place out, but the experience was honestly disappointing. We walked in and there were no other customers in the store—yet not one employee greeted us or even acknowledged we were there. They looked right at us and went on doing… nothing, basically. It felt like we were invisible. When a place is empty, you’d think they’d at least say hi. Customer service matters, and this just wasn’t it. Hope they figure it out.

How does it take longer to make an ice cream than any other type of food ordered on Uber Eats? It showed three drivers attempt to pick it up and then when I call I am told oh, someone else picked that up?!?!? Do you not have a process for who and when a customer’s order is picked up? This isn’t the first time it has taken forever, but it is the last time. Go to Handels, it’s just better….period!

very sigma workers! one of them had very w rizz and did not fanum tax my ice cream. its a very slay place. i must say its no tictok rizz party but there was nothing sus going on. the ice cream was so good i wanted to hit the griddy and i also ended my mewing streak to eat it! 10/10
