I hate to give less than five stars to anyone. However there's always room for improvement. The eggnog tres leches Had no flavor, Exchanged it for a cowboy cookie, Super sweet, but ok. I think the novelty has worn off. Minis are only available mondays and tuesdays, so calendar that. And after speaking with friends and family, we've all come to the conclusion the staff is always so miserable doesn't matter what store. I wonder why that is?
Crumbl cookies are my favorite. They are the best cookies! They are large cookies so they can easily be shared. I have the app and I check each week what the flavors are for that week every Monday. I love the Surprise Location because they have a drive thru!
I go to this location at random times of the day. The afternoon staff are great but the morning staff is horrible. The front girl looks like she hates working and the popular cookies of that week I ask and she said they have none available and you can clearly see them working on it in the back.
