I enjoyed the food. However, I think there's an opportunity to improve the service, particularly with the drive-thru process. It would be helpful if customers who place online orders could be accommodated at the drive-thru, rather than being asked to park and walk inside.

Always busy but always get our order right. The spicy chicken sandwich, fries onion rings, fried shrimp, shakes, & concrete mixers are all on point!! We'll worth the money & time to get thru the drive thru. Which is typically only a ten to 15 minute wait even when they're insanely busy. I also witnessed a young lady who was about college age getting ready to leave on her last day and the whole crew including the manager was saying goodbye to her and she was crying because you could tell she was sad to leave. That says a lot about the kind of team they have the fact that she loved working there that much that it made her cry because she had to leave to go to college. And everybody that works there seems to have been taught good manners they're very polite and always speak with respect and care and attention. The only feedback I have is that they should pack the cold condiments in a separate bag from the hot food when they're packing up to go order.😉

2nd time to culver’s 2nd location and still got my order wrong, got crispy chicken instead of grilled and missing deserts again despite it being included into the combo. everything was verified over the speaker too. My child wasn’t happy in the car so I had no time to check until I got home. Never going to any culver’s again.

Ordered a single chocolate ice cream cone, and they brought it to me dripping and running down the cone onto the person’s hands. When I asked for my money back, proceeded to ignore me and just act like I wasn’t even there. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. These people are as stupid as they look.

I really like this location food is usually pretty good. However the freezer where they keep the pints of frozen custard is frequently malfunctioning. Seems like every summer it happens. I let them know 2 weeks ago it wasn't working properly, all the pints and I mean the whole freezer full were almost liquid. They know they have a problem. Just replace it already !

As always, Culver's is good; easily one of the best fast food places in the area. Staff is always friendly, the food is always hot and made the way I want it. The drive through is a little slow but I understand why and will keep going there despite it.
