I love Culver’s, but this location seems to slip-up a lot as of late. Our order is NOT complicated whatsoever, yet somehow, it’s messed up every other visit—In different fashions, too. Sometimes it’s no bacon, sometimes it’s no vegetables, sometimes no cheese… today tops the cake, with a totally plain cheeseburger. Not sure what part of “bacon deluxe” meant “meat+cheese” only, so this bag either wasn’t our order, or the kitchen crew recently lost their literacy. Paid extra, got nothing. Yay!

The service as far as customer service and the people there seemed pretty cool, but the fact that you get one scoop of ice cream, literally, with a large seven dollar and some change root beer float is absolutely absurd!! Smh

I had the crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken was tender & moist and huge. Tomatoes, pickles and lettuce are standard additions. Sandwich and fries arrived hot. My only complaint was the size/ thickness of the bun...too much bread. Will definitely go again. Service was fast also.

Great food. Not sure why napkins are never given to you with food or just custard when you go through the drive thru. The server brought my custard to me after I had to pull forward to wait for my order. She had on gloves and you could clearly see how sticky they were and she did not give me any napkins. Napkins should always be included with every drive through order.

I orded my food online at 8:23, its expected to be done at 8:45, I then arrive at 8:40 for curbside pick up. It takes until after 9 for them to bring my food out and its only 1 value basket. This is the third time ive made a moblie order only to have them start making it after ive arrived. Ive never had this issue with any other restaurant, like whats the point of ordering online if they're going to prioritize every other order and make me wait anyways? I might as well ignore my preferred method of ordering and just pull up to the restaurant, ill probably get my order as fast or faster than an online one.
