Fast drive thru. Probably the best dairy queen location near the El mirage and surprise area hands down. Keep up the good work.

Anyone else notice that Dairy Queen has changed its soft serve?? Used to be so smooth and creamy, I don’t know what the hell they serving now but it isn’t soft serve ice cream. Watery, grainy and not good flavor. Better off going to Costco for their soft serve, it’s much better for a quarter of the price ✌🏻

It wasn't too bad but they don't have French fries with their food just chips ice cream was good tho and the service was very quick

best dairy queen in arizona to be honest, never out of anything and the only one that seems to have the cupcake !

I needed chocolate soft serve ice cream and they were out. I think it sells out during the day and at night they only have vanilla left. I came there at night on my birthday and wanted chocolate and they only had vanilla. I wish they would purchase enough chocolate to last until closing.

This place is a joke.......rude staff and the soft serve machine is always down. Can twice in 3 weeks and still broken.

They didn’t have fries for one, the employee seemed like she hated her life & the ice cream tasted like the cheap kind you’d get at a buffet. Grainy or something. Not good. Wouldn’t go again.

This store is one of the best Dairy Queens I’ve been to! This sweet girl named Madeline was so helpful a few days ago. The employees have amazing relationships with each other that rubs off on the customers, making it a cozy place to get yummy ice cream!

DO NOT EAT HERE! I saw one of the employees mop the tables with a dirty mop after using it on the floor. Yall are getting foot fungus, shoe crust, and trash particles on you when you sit at those tables. 10/5/24 Greenway and Reems location. I don't know the employees name, but I have never seen anything so vile in my life. I ran out of there so quick.

I’m the owner of the Image Studios in the shopping center on the other side of Walmart. I’ve wanted to write this for a while now. I’ve had tours with my professionals for months inside this location and can’t say enough great things about it. It’s always clean, bathrooms always ready to rock n roll. Staff is friendly and I buy the occasional dipped cone as well because they’re delicious. Thank you to your owners and staff it really has given me a great place to hold meetings in the past few months while our location was under construction. Love this Dairy Queen they do a fantastic job and I can’t wait to be in there even more often once we open our doors in October. Thank you

Dairy Queen on Reems is a great spot when you're craving something sweet! The staff is friendly even when it's busy, they get your order out pretty quick. The Blizzards and ice cream cones are always tasty, and they've got a nice variety to choose from. The place is clean and well-kept, making for a good experience overall. Whether you're in the mood for ice cream or just a quick snack, not a bad choice.

Labor day weekend. Hot and humid. Wanted to get a cool treat. Banana split and a Blizard. Both were yummy but, the hot dog was rubbery with chili and cheese on top. My husband was hungry so, he ate it. I explained to him Diary Queen is for ice cream, not for food. The 2 young girls were very nice, promptly got our orders to us. The place was very clean and inviting.

Ordered a cake on thrusday for Sunday pick up...ordered a vanilla on vanilla birthday cake and got vanilla and chocolate. If I knew I was gonna get this I would have got the one from the grocery store. I would like a refund since I didn't receive what I originally ordered, but I don't that will happen since the manager is never at the store it seems. Place is run by teenagers.

You can't get the burger or strips in surprise arizona, why u say cause it's tied with oj not that guy the other juice OrangeJuilius. U can only get a Chili dog for $7. Chili at dq sorry I don't wear depends
