50/50 shot this place is closed after 10pm any given night. Had it happen a couple times now where I order in the app a little after 10 and get there to find them totally closed.

Ordered through uber eats. Missing parts of my order called to see if my driver stole a bag or what happened. No one answered the phone had to just get a refund from the app. I would have rather had all my food. Double check a ticket before sending it or pick up the phone!

Horrible customer service. Right off the bat, Ruth who was working drive thru, had a real bad attitude over the speaker. I pull up to the windows, got my food, and asked if I can get salsa to which she continued with her snotty attitude about which kind I wanted. I drove around the back of Lowe's to eat my food inside my City of Surprise vehicle and I noticed I was missing my chips. I drove back, asked for my missing item, and did not receive an apology for the inconvenience. NEVER COMING BACK.

Next time you want to ignore a customer and then snap at the customer when they try to order after waiting 20 minutes just know you will not be so lucky. The lady manager with glasses, blonde, and black hair was very rude worst customer service I ever met very unprofessional will not come back gave me and kid attitude made us with in line for 30 minutes didn’t take are order and was being hostile will not be coming back!!!
Went to order for my family spent $50 and the food was crap. They messed up my order on my burrito took a bite it was inedible! My gosh it was nasty! The other burrito was horrible the only thing was decent was bean and cheese burrito which you can’t really get wrong. I will never go back there just nasty!

Visited location number 704 My wife and I were very satisfied with the food of course been eating at Del Taco since I was a kid in cali we moved here to surprise 6 years ago and the service here was so awful very rude staff very cocky but now with this crew especially the 2 girls at the window tonight Friday very kind respectful courteous love this location now.

I didn't like it, they have bad service and the girls in front don't have a very good attitude. The cashier was collecting money, handing out the food and not washing her hands when changing from one thing to another. I don't think it's good that they take money and then food.

My lunch was going well until I had to use the bathroom. The service was great, and the food was prepared as the menu stated, but the bathroom took my appetite and flushed it down the toilet. I think it's time for the owner to step in and correct these issues before the main lobby starts to look the same way.
