Waitress was good but needed help . Her help were 2 young girls who looked lost and since Waitress was waiting for food.the girls were terrible on making sure customers need fresh coffee,I had to get up and get my own twice while the the little girls were lost I really don't know what help they were. Never had that bad of an experience at this Denny's. We arrived there just before 9. We didn't finally leave till 1040. To long!!!

The wife and I came in late, too late to cook, and found ourselves in front of Denny's on Grand in Surprise. We very seldom go to Denny's but had frequented the one in Anthem 4-5 years ago and, at the time, were somewhat impressed with their upgraded menus. At the time I believe Corporate was attempting to upgrade their offerings. So we were surprised in Suprise when we found their menus back to basic and the actual food when delivered, almost inedible. There was one waitress handling a dozen tables, causing a 20 minute wait to order and another 25 for the food to arrive. The only thing that kept us there (This is stupid) is they were offering what looked like an amazing apple crisp desert just for downloading a Denny's app. This ad was displayed on the front door, stuck on the table and on a tag in the menu, all offering this IMMEDIATE fulfilment for downloading the app. Of Course we were burned. This stupid offering that kept us there was never to materialize. Their excuse was the app was supposed to send us a credit but never did. Aggrivating but not what will keep us from frequenting a Denny's again. The horrible food and service will.

I walked in with a party of 14 at 7:50 PM, and the staff member told us they were closing in about an hour. However, we later checked the website and it clearly states the closing time is 10:00 PM.
This is the second time this has happened to us!
I asked if we could still order and stay until we finished our meal, but the lady said no we would have to leave.
Very poor service and completely misleading information. Whoever the manager is, please take note, this needs to be addressed!
