It is usually such a great experience, but today the brisket was too dry to eat without a drink. You shouldn't be able to spin yarn out of your dinner. 🤢. We ordered an extra pound of sliced brisket to go when we placed our original order and the staff was unable to refund for food we didn't received because the manager Rose was not available.

This is totally unacceptable

After waiting several weeks for Rose to send a confirmation of refund i ended up having to get my credit card provider involved. Thank God for American Express.

Avoid this location at all costs, or at least ask to see the food before you pay. This manager promising a refund then ghosting us is completely unprofessional. Shame on you Rose.

Food is good, but very small servings. Brisket sandwich looked like a slider bun.

It's been a long time since we've eaten at a Dickey's Barbecue. We don't live near one any longer, so we haven't had the opportunity since Covid hit. We wondered if that was the reason there wasn't a soft serve machine or pickle bar? The Big Yellow Cup was still a thing, and so was Dickey's barbeque sauce. 💛

Let me start off by saying the staff there is always friendly. But being out of one of your main items during the dinner rush-hour three times in one week, that’s got to be poor planning on someone’s part. I’ve been in three times in a week and all three times they have been out of brisket

Ugh! I ordered ribs here the other night near closing, big mistake the coleslaw was not fresh and my ribs were burnt out, only a sliver of meat on one side, going to Dave”s .

Don't waste your money. Half the menu is out of stock, and the food was beyond overcooked.

Worst brisket I've tasted

we got the 3 Meat Plate with sliced brisket(2 pieces), chicken breast(3 pieces), kielbasa(6 pieces). 2 sides, mac&cheese, and bbq baked beans. the chicken was good. the kielbasa was good, the brisket was tough. the mac&cheese was dried out. it tasted like reheated leftovers. the bbq beans looked like canned bush's beans, and tasted like it too. we got the original bbq sauce, it was good. the blondie brownie, was a small pre-packaged brownie. I've eaten in store before and I honestly thought it was better. I probably won't order delivery again.

My wife and I always come here all the time, and I just wanted to say that this place is well run. The staff and the food was absolutely amazing. These ladies that run the store is doing one great job. Every time I walk in there it’s feels clean and looks amazing. The workers go above and beyond if you have any questions, or can’t decide they will definitely point you in the direction that you’re craving. My wife and I will be back real soon!

My wife and I came in this afternoon to have lunch. We walked in, a young girl behind the counter told us that they were out of pretty much everything, smiled and said will be with you in just a few minutes. I guess to be fair they still had hot dogs.

Don’t waste your money here! Food portions are way too small for the price you pay. They were out of brisket and other items by noon. Every time I’ve come here they’ve been out of items. Got a 2 meat plate, both meats were room temperature at best, were both dried out and hard. May as well been sitting out since yesterday and thrown on a plate. Bread was cold, hard, and dry. Sides were hot and good, customer service was good, no complaints there. Also they got rid of the self serve ice cream and give you cold bbq sauce instead of the self serve hot bbq sauce. Will never spend my money here again. Owner has a lot of work to do.

I had a pleasant conversation over the telephone with Danielle about placing an order, and it was in my best interest to go into the store and place the order and have it ready in a few hours for pick up. Thank you, Danielle And make that 1000 thank yous Daniele. You were very polite, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful with me at the counter ordering my sandwiches.
I easily was able to use a coupon code for the day as well as using my gift card that I had.

Thank you again, Danielle I couldn’t wait to leave this review as I told you I would be leaving one.

And let me tell you the taste of the sandwiches were very, very tasty. I’ll make sure to keep this receipt and order the same sandwiches.again! Yes, everything was perfectly cooked and placed on the sandwich. Four stars**** for Danielle!!!!

I would like to do some comedy nites there!?!?
For the reason being, good food and some kind of lite entertainment like comedy, would be a reason to go out and eat, along with laughter. Family fun, kid friendly. 🤔😀👩🏻‍🍳♨️

We ordered takeout and got a much smaller portion than what we paid for, so we called back and they instantly remade us a new batch. The food is kinda expensive for my taste but it’s not bad and a good option for a quick bbq craving. Service is super good and they were friendly. :)
