I’m so sorry to make this and I usually never do but tonight was just ridiculous. So my father is old and has a hard time with orders, so I wrote down exactly what we get. A miscommunication happens (as they do) and the pizza got messed up. So he gets back home and I take a bite and it has the wrong sauce on it. I’m pregnant and I have a really really hard time with tomato sauce right now. I tell my dad I’m going to call them and see if there’s anything we can do about this cause I knew I wrote down everything and was confused about what happened. I explain the situation to the woman on the phone and she explained the miscommunication. Totally understandable but from what she explained I know my dad asked her for something and confused him. So I apologized for not being there with him and asked if there was anything we could do about this. She gets super mad at me on the phone huffing and puffing saying “I guess I could remake the pizza for you.” And continues to be pissed off until the phone call was ended. I apologized about 10 times because I understand it’s annoying but jeeze. I’ve been a server since 2018 and understand people are ridiculous but please be nice it’s a rough world right now. I’m gonna probably have my dad go to a different location from now on cause I’m embarrassed I even had to write this.

Bell Road Store: The store manager took my call. The carry out pizza we picked up was sub par due to lacking the garlic crust seasoning, extra cheese, and cooked well done. I was met with her immediately making the following excuses: “the garlic crust tends to get forgotten”, “it was well done and would’ve been burnt if put back in”, “and I watched the cheese being put on”. I attempted to speak and was cut off each time. She ultimately stated I can get a credit. She was rude and abrasive. When I stated I would like to talk to her boss, she responded with “I am the boss”. For being a manager no less, her behavior and how she communicated is abhorrent and completely unacceptable. She definitely should not be speaking with customers until she receives adequate training in customer service.

Now I know why they are having the $9 any topping meal because they aren’t actually putting any toppings on the pizzas. Literally five mushrooms and three pineapple are u kidding???! And super greasy. Also ordered extra cheese one size had none on half of it. This is continuous at this location bad pizza and could care less about their customers

10/10 tonight! It was easy and quick to order online. Was able to take advantage of the great deal they had for the second night in a row. My kids were so excited to build their own half of a pizza. It was ready quick and I was promptly handed my hot pizzas with a smile. Even found time to ask if there was anything else and wish me a good night. The pizzas were perfect! Well distributed toppings and equally cut slices. Everyone was impressed and full. Great experience!

Driver left food didn't ring door when droppedoff in the sun not in the shade! Opened boxes only to find ants. Last time pizzas were cold no sauce and the wings only have sauce drizzled not covered.
Then when I was making my complaint the female manager copped an attitude.
MY ex wife was a dominos manager. RING DOOR BELL UNLESS TOLD NOT TO IN THE INSTRUCTIONS ONLINE is what drivers are supposed to do.

Dominos pizza is always our go to for a Quick & Delicious bite!! Always Fast & friendly service! Very clean, welcoming restaurant also! Keep up the Good Work!!! :)

My order was made incorrectly. I ordered pepperoni on the whole pizza and jalapeños on the right side well they only put each topping on each side and were so greedy about the pepperoni that I couldn’t take any from the side that did have to add to the side that only had jalapeños very upsetting when you don’t see until you get home and don’t have the energy or time to drive back for anew order.

I ordered wings with my pizza Honey BBQ, my wings had BBQ stripes like there's a shortage on sauce totally disappointed in that, when I called in my concern they did offer a free order of wings next time I come in. So that means when I need half of A Dinner I can stop in and get my wings and don't forget to ask for extra sauce or you only get a drizzle. WAY TO GO !

Ordered pizza for take out on my lunch break didn't have the time to look at my pizzas before leaving .. Really?? to give a customer a burn pizza not a gd thing. Unsatisfied.

Every single time I order extra sauce I get less cause. This time we even called after ordering online. How is this extra sauce. I have pic if you want to see it

I ordered a pizza from this location and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited in my car for over 20 minutes, then checked inside, only to be told to wait another 10-15 minutes. The employee at the front register she was extremely rude and disrespectful, showing no concern for customers. Very disappointing experience.
If I were in charge, I would fire her. It’s unacceptable to have employees with no respect for customers. This was a terrible experience, and I won’t be coming back.
