Asked a simple question regarding caffeine content of one of your teas and was told “it’s less than an iced coffee” as someone who’s limited to how much caffeine they can have this was so unhelpful. Any Starbucks can quickly tell you the caffeine content of their items, do the same.

Walked in this morning at about 5:45 employee was busy cleaning and not paying attention at all. He went out back and never came back out. I stood there waiting for 5 minutes then left so as not to be late for work. Far from good customer service

I hate that when I pay for donuts they are stale and hard dough, and their always out of stock on certain ones. Like come! It's in your name when it comes to donuts and quality that should be expected!

Never have donuts past 2pm it’s ridiculous. This needs to be taken up to upper management. It’s possibly the afternoon managers that would rather not bake any.

The new person at the counter was very strange. She has a huge learning curve because on everyone’s orders she was messing up and had the guy help her - she just giggled “I’m new”. I repeated myself multiple times. She moved in some weird way and like very anime girl/reel vine type of way. I can’t describe it well. That cutesy try to flirt her way through a mistake. Hi that’s my husband- I’m standing right next too. She messed up our order and charged us wrong. She talked slower than molasses. Even for a first day- it’s pretty easy. They moved her to drive through and she immediately messed up. The food and drinks came out super slow. I mean my sandwich was cold by time I got it. They weren’t even busy. We got the order fixed but still. No music. Dirty tables. It was freezing inside.

I visited the Dunkin Donuts on Waddle Rd in Surprise AZ! I was very disappointed! This young gentleman most likely in his early twenties, had no customer service skills, and made my drink completely wrong! This is becoming an on going issue with these chains of Dunkin Donuts! Most of the time they can't make half the drinks because the blender isn't working! I'm so done, Dunkin Donuts, you just lost a customer! From now on I will go to Dutch Brothers and or Starbucks!

Ordered one of the new pumpkin iced coffees. It was delicious. I used to think Starbucks pumpkin was the best but not anymore. Dunkin is killing it this year !! Ordered a bagel and asked for them to put enough cream cheese on there and the girl did that! I’ve got other places where they barely put any cream cheese on there and you get just a dry bagel. I’m really satisfied with the location. They didn’t greet me when I got there but that’s OK. My coffee tasted perfect and my bagel was delicious.

Went to get donuts multiple hours before they closed. They only had 3 flavors and donut holes. All the donuts holes were hard and donuts weren’t very fresh.

We stopped for coffee, we wanted some donuts, they had barely anything. We got an old fashion, it was so stale and nasty we actually went back to see why they would give us such stale donut. It turned out that they just keep their donuts open on the rack without any cover. That really made my stomach turn. Imagine dust and flies all day

Horrible service. The employee acted like he hated his job. My bagel came out burnt and barely had any cream cheese. My drink was also not filled to the top. It also took a very long time I do not recommend this Dunkin’. It was a waste of money.

Don’t know what happened for the last 2 weeks coffee doesn’t taste good anymore. I kept coming for two weeks to see if it was better but it didn’t I guess I will try grand av now Hope they can figure it out what’s wrong

Upon arrival at the drive through intercom I was met with female with a slight attitude in her voice . After receiving a sourdough breakfast sandwich and a croissant sandwich I bit into a un toasted cold sourdough bread. The worst part is when I returned to the location and explained the issue, I could tell the blond female employee (not sure if she was a manager or what but she was wearing a blue shirt different from the other employees) was the one that made the order because she didn’t know it was supposed to be toasted and she had the most snobby look after I handed her the food back , she did not say a word to me. This location needs to be retained in customer service. Next time I eat here I’m speaking my mind to this uncaring employees, find a different job !!
