I love dunkin and my family does too. However, the service is horrible. It’s almost like the motivation to work isn’t there and the attitude is even worse. This is an every trip experience but I’ve thought everyone has bad days. It’ll be better next time and sadly it isn’t. When you pull up to a window and the young man who’s cleaning ignores you and the hand of off the bag is handed with “here”. I don’t even want to give my hard worked money to Dunkin’ and based on previous reviews it looks like changes need to be made.

The worst Dunkin donuts experience ever. I ordered a small decaf coffee with sugar and cream on the side and they basically gave me a cup of cream and sugar with a splash of coffee. I asked for 1/2 dozen donuts. I received 2/6 of the ones I asked for. And the donuts looked like they had frosting just slapped on top of them.

Who ever owns or manages this location should be shut down by corporate Dunkin donuts. Got a large coffee this morning with my usual extra cream and sugar, this was the worst coffee I have ever had. I don't know what they put in it, but it's totally undrinkable. I would have taken it back but I was already off the property. Don't know what happened to this place they were always pretty decent, but I won't be stopping at this location again.
Shame on you , maybe read all your bad reviews and start making some major adjustments.

Twice in a row you haven't put any flavor swirls in my coffee and you charge per extra swirl so I paid extra both times for no reason 😒

Ive been going to this Dunkin for quite a long time, but this morning was an experience. Had to repeat myself 4 times to order 2 coffee's only to have the order still wrong which is impressive considering I was corrected by the employee with attitude its the "white hazelnut iced coffee" thats the full name with sass acting like this is my first time ordering. However despite this correction they still tried to pawn off the wrong drinks to me and then proceeded to put the blame on me. Dunkin get yourself a better staff in the morning that actually cares about the customers there serving. I know some people can be assholes but I was nice up until they tried to put the blame on me and didnt even get an apology. The remade drink is also TERRIBLE, not even close to the correct drink ive had before. Overall I will not be ordering from this location if this same staff is in the store, ill walk out and pay more for starbucks.

I had a really disappointing experience at Dunkin’ today. When I asked Alissa for half-and-half, she acted visibly annoyed, as if it was a huge inconvenience. Then, when I requested a stir stick, she completely ignored me, even though I asked three times. She didn’t even acknowledge me. Finally, another employee noticed that I was being ignored and helped me out. It’s disappointing to be treated this way over something as simple as half-and-half and a stir stick. Customer service should be better than this.

This is a GREAT Dunkin'Donuts. The people who work there are great! We are excited to find a DD in the neighborhood and a drive through on the way to work! I think once the snow birds find you're open, you're going to be so busy you'll be spinning your heads in circles! Keep up the good work!

I rarely take the time to write a review unless the service is horrible or outstanding! Today, I went through the Drive-Thru at 13953 W Waddell Rd., Surprise, AZ 85379. This visit was excellent on several levels: my sandwich was delicious, the iced coffee was great, and the wait time was fast. But what made this trip special happened when I got to the window.

Your employee, who later said his name was “Nick,” asked how my day was going as he cheerfully handed me the food. He seemed to have a genuine interest in making conversation as we waited for the coffee to be brewed.

As a retiree, it is a rare pleasure when a young person in the service industry takes the time to chat happily. It shows that he is not only competent but interested in his job as well as the people he encounters. Our brief conversation brightened up my day! I find that all too often, people go through the motions of their jobs without acknowledging the customer as a person. I get that they're busy, but it’s nice when you encounter someone who takes it beyond their one task on the assembly line.

I just thought you should know when an employee stands out, just as I would if I encountered poor service with a negative attitude!

Every time I go to Dunkin and they get my order wrong. I asked them to add whatever they were missing and a straw they always forget to give you a straw. They get upset and give an attitude. Of course if I’m paying extra for whatever items I ask I want my order to be right. Poor service. They need better people.
