Upon arrival at the drive through intercom I was met with female with a slight attitude in her voice . After receiving a sourdough breakfast sandwich and a croissant sandwich I bit into a un toasted cold sourdough bread. The worst part is when I returned to the location and explained the issue, I could tell the blond female employee (not sure if she was a manager or what but she was wearing a blue shirt different from the other employees) was the one that made the order because she didn’t know it was supposed to be toasted and she had the most snobby look after I handed her the food back , she did not say a word to me. This location needs to be retained in customer service. Next time I eat here I’m speaking my mind to this uncaring employees, find a different job !!

The new staff is slow as hell. Not friendly. No more good vibes.... just a lot of waiting. Oh btw I'm pretty sure you are supposed to toast both pieces of bread on the breakfast sandwich.

The manager Marissa helped me out tremendously here at this Dunkin’ Donuts. In surprise. If you wanna be treated amazingly and feel taken care of come here and ask to speak to Marissa. She is super amazing. Thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The selection of donuts I received was underwhelming, and the staff member assisting me seemed visibly annoyed, which made the experience uncomfortable. When I got home and tried the donuts, they had a strong chemical taste and were not enjoyable at all. I paid nearly $20 for a dozen donuts and expected better quality and service. After reading other reviews, it’s clear that these issues have been ongoing. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I gave 2stars for food because they had the iced coffee I wanted, but they did not have a variety of donuts readily available. 3stars for service cause the kid at the window was pretty cool and my coffee was quick. 1star for the atmosphere because the place was trashed and dirty and Manager and employees were just sitting there talking about personal life. Smh

Stood for 10 minutes at the front of the line, no line. They ignored me and were only serving the drive through. They have no donuts in stock ever, so that is why I came inside. Whoever is managing this location is a hot mess. The inside is not clean. Trays laying on the front counter. Blenders everwhere. Its been this way for the past couple years. I told my kids, let's go, they are not going to help us. Walked out and no one even said anything.

I routinely make Mobile orders from my home before I head to this location. They consistently do not start on my order until I get there. What’s the point of making a mobile order if it doesn’t reduce the wait time ?

I ordered an iced coffee with no ice and the person told me my manager said I cannot fill it up all the way. She said only half way for the same price. We are cracking down on this our price is for coffee and the ice that fill up to the whole cup. Adios and No way. Cheapskates.
This Dunkin Donuts has to be the absolute worse one in all of Arizona. I am a pretty frequent customer and always wanting to give this location a second chance but I am always greeted with rude and passive staff and mediocre coffee and breakfast items. The location on Dysart is much better.

I was so annoyed!!!! I’m new to AZ and it was the dirtiest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The young lady at the window wasn’t rude but she looked like she had just rolled out of bed and that bothered me. The taste of my iced coffee was horrible. Will not be going back 😔

Please explain why you even bother being open till 8pm. I went at 530pm and there was barely any donuts left. And apparently this is a regular occurrence. This makes zero sense.
