I know I have a weird order. I ask for a cup of cream. I preface it by saying my order is weird when I ask for it. But every other dunkin did it and these guys wouldn't do it no matter how we asked for it. They also wouldn't take cash for payment. They said they couldn't take more than 20$ in cash.

Horrible and disgusting. Paid a premium price for a Boston creme through Uber eats. To my disappointment, the Boston creme was smaller than usual due to being in the shape of a heart. My assumption is, the heart shape was for Valentines day (yesterday). Donut was stale and tasted like it was made yesterday. I've encountered several minor discrepancies, disappointments, and frustrations with this Dunkin in the past. I highly recommend against patronizing this Dunkin.

If there was a 0 stars I would give that. It’s really frustrating because genuinely I don’t understand how the point system works and how to redeem them. I moved here from a state where there are 0 Dunkin’ Donuts. The nearest one was 4 hours away. So I am not familiar with the app. I came in twice this week trying to use rewards and both times I got “sorry I don’t have the app. You still owe $x.xx” from the employees at drive up. The first time I paid it because he was giving attitude and I didn’t want to deal with it. And the second time I got the same thing. I asked if she could grab someone to help me. And all I got was attitude. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him because I was asking for help. 0/5 customer service skills. They should know their products and services even without having the app.

If there was a zero stars, this location would absolutely get it. I’ve been coming here off and on, but this is my last stop here. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese wrap go on about my business come back because I forgot the egg and they added paper to my wrap. When I take it inside, he gives me nothing but an attitude because I took it back and complained.

I have remodeling done in my home and order coffee for everyone working and they always forget to add the essentials when ordering a “Box of Joe” no cups, sugars creamers, nothing EVERY TIME. They have to remember that every order of box of joe needs the essentials if not the coffee is useless. I had brought this to their attention once while doing drive thru but order online again today and again it happened. This happens daily.

Waited 50 min for an on line order, and the location had no munchkins, croissants, old fashioned or blueberry doughnuts . . . And forgot to include the hashbrowns for my grandson. Apologies only go so far when you see 40 people (not including drive thru) get their food while you wait for yours.

First and last time ordering specialty donuts, wanted to get my kids, cute Halloween donuts, and they were thrown in a bag upside down. Coffee is always hit or miss..sometimes the ice lattes taste like they’re all milk

The place was a littered messy pit. Poor customer service, employees chit chatting , ignoring the one and only customer at the counter. Had to inform the manager that the floors and tables were littered with trash and food particles. Her response was that " they" were supposed to clean up last night. Obviously " they " didn't! Very disappointed.
Drive through employee was offended that we wanted to pick the donuts we were ordering instead of doing assorted. Rude, clipped responses. I had to run in after the order to pick up the items they forgot. Take the extra time to get better quality and service at Bosa.
