The store was very short staffed and I can deal with that part, but this is the 2nd time in a week and a half that the Toilet paper in the ladies room has been empty. It makes it a bit hard when there is no paper towel option, just the hand dryer on the wall. Do the Women working there not use the bathroom?

Ordered donuts and a coffee through door dash. Donuts seemed a little drier than normal but the caramel macchiato was especially good.

I ordered a large order from Uber Eats not only did they get the donuts wrong… I mean, how simple can it be to follow directions to put the right donuts in they did not deliver over half of our order through Uber. I contacted Uber to get a refund, and then I contacted the store to speak to the manager and ask him why he didn’t ensure that their driver was given her entitled order the manager, Leroy, was like arguing with a toddler. He was incredibly rude interrupted 10 to 20 times and would not let me get a word in edgewise he would not take accountability or try to find a resolution. He basically said sorry not sorry and I’ll talk to my team. I’m going to reach out to corporate today to let them know this there should not be a manager who is not competent enough to make sure orders are filled correctly. Dunkin’ Donuts is a corporation. They are advertising their food on a food drive service. They should have to abide by the terms and conditions set forth and not get off Scott free because they’re inexperienced young or lazy or old or any reason they’re paid to do a job they should do the job but mostly… Avoid this Manager … I don’t know what a guy Karan is, but I’m pretty sure he falls into that category

Stopped by for coffee and donuts. They were pretty much out of donuts and the ones that were left weren't fresh. At $2.00 each we opted out and went next door to Safeway grocery store and bought 4 fresh ones for under a buck each. YOU SHOULD STOP PUTTNG YOUR PROFITS INTO ADVERTISING AND PUT THEM INTO YOUR DONUTS!! NEVER GOING TO DUNKIN AGAIN!⁵

Was disappointed to hear the chocolate cream filled donut was discontinued. The Creme Delite is not a great substitute; its too sweet.

No sale!

Came in this very evening about a quarter to seven. No greeting. I waited in front of their case while observing two associates with headsets on, bent over and doing whatever they were doing (training). After a while having observed they’re not tending to a drive-thru order, I stepped over to say “hello.” Not a good start being ignored and never greeted. The excuse was the headset. What’s wrong with your other ear? I asked how much for a dozen, and was told $18. I was prepared to order two dozen to take to work. The lady said she had assorted, but I wanted to pick the donuts. I’m the customer, right? Long story short, I didn’t care for the attitude or the look 👀 I was given. Asked for the owner’s card with number, and didn’t get it. So I walked. Wasting my time trying to order donuts… thought of one remark she made saying “we’ll select the donuts” to which I replied “you’re going to help pay for them too?” Not a good experience.

You guys charge a lot for donuts to get 2/3 of the order wrong. Why read my order back to me if you’re just going to take creative liberty? How hard was it to put the chocolate frosted w sprinkles, the vanilla frosted with sprinkles, and the strawberry frosted with sprinkles in the bag??? Why did I end up with 3 strawberry frosted with sprinkles donuts??? You guys weren’t even busy 😭

The food is not good, our bagels were burnt to the point we could not even eat them. There was a munchkin donut in our variety box that had a bite taken out of it, so we could not even eat the entire box. The staff clearly needs better supervision and training.

I ordered a small hot coffee with cream and sugar and bagel with cream cheese for delivery. They sent me black coffee and a burnt bagel. Don't waste your time or money!!!! Go Dutch bros or BlackRock

I usually have a decent experience at this Dunkin location. Usually always ready once I walk in for my mobile order. For once today, I did a mobile order as well as placed an order for a gift card. Location was pretty dead and I walked up to the counter to where the cashier was. Cashier did not greet me and just stared so I informed her I would like a gift card only since I had a mobile pickup. She didn’t say anything but I saw the gift card rack to the side and grabbed what I thought was a card, but it was only the card holder. Instead of just grabbing a card for me, she asked me if I was going to grab an actual card so I did and handed it to her. She tried to charge me an extra $20 but I reiterated to her the correct balance. The card reader wasn’t showing it was ready to take the payment so I waited a second and she told me rudely to pay. Afterwards, she handed me my card and receipt. No, “have a nice day” or even at minimum “here you go”. I just walked away, I’m not one for confrontation but you shouldn’t have someone in front to greet customers who can’t even be a bit nice. The receipt stated her name was Aliona, but she was not wearing a name tag so I cannot confirm.

Very upsetting when you try and get chocolate munchkins for your kids for the last 5 days and every single day they have been completely out of them before noon. Leroy the manager says it’s because it’s a popular item. Make some more then. Have extra. You would think on a holiday Friday (July 4th) you would make a bunch.
