I spent 45 minutes in line and was late getting my daughter to her counseling class. Goodness. I will never go to this Dutch bros again. This was our second time and we have had horrible experiences both times. The forst time we stood in like for a half hour while the employees were fighting and threatening to quit. The second time it took about 45 minutes and we couldn't get out of line to park and walk up to the windows. Not impressed with the line set up . There should be a limit to orders . One can took 25 minutes to get their order. Ridiculous.

I came in for a gift card. I was greeted with a smile and an up beat attitude. It was a pleasant exchange. The walk up on this specific Dutch was a little weird but overall it was a good experience.

Absolutely the Best drinks ever , I love me the rebulls lol, I have allot of favorites ones they always come out with h different ones every time, always amazing to try , always come with my significant other, we both love Dutch Bros big fans and always will be , I love what you guys have going on, I can't believe Ive been missing these many delicious much good beverages my whole life , highly recommend this place to the world 🌎

Edit from review 2 years ago: "Sam, what's wrong" they knew just looking at me that something is wrong. I had to tell them the my Grandpa, the family rock, died yesterday. These guys are awesome. Talked to me for a few minutes, I went from tears in my eyes to laughing as we talked about funny stories of my Grandpa (doing the zipline in Vegas 6 years ago, me and my Grandpa. Gramps was an Awesome guy). Thank you for always listening to us coffee addicts. You guys are the best. Thank you taking me out the dumps and leaving to take of the next car, me with a smile on my face and thinking of going memories of my Grandpa.
Update from 5 years: still the best coffee and this is my favorite Dutch Bros hands down.

This is the best dutch in surprise hands down! All of the staff is so friendly and fun! They also make the best rebels and pup cups! Will definitely be back!
I love all of the Dutch Bros locations but this one has to be my favorite! The first shop to go up in Surprise and still the best! The double lines make things feel so quick and they are always treating me so kindly when they talk to me in the line!

I come to this Dutch Bros countless amount of times a week and it is a great location. I have nothing bad to say about it. Only problem I have is that when there are stickers or certain things like today a keychain they give out. You have to wait until 5pm to get them, which isn’t a problem. The actual problem is watching an employee come outside with a hand full of the limited item (keychain in this situation) and gives it to someone they know who is outside. Didn’t even have to pay for anything yet they got a lot of keychains. I don’t think that is fair for people who come early to wait for these things and have to buy something to get them. Other than that Dutch Bros has been great.

If you're scheduled to stay open till 11pm, why close everything down before that time, but leave the windows/drive through open about 15 minutes before closing? What's the point of having people drive up to the window to tell them you shut everything down already? 🙄😒
