A few days ago I came in and ordered a large ice kicker with oat milk, I took a sip and knew right away it wasn’t right. I’m not gonna lie I was a bit frustrated because I was heading somewhere but I really needed a pick me up, so I turned around and went back. Selena was the lead on shift and I explained my situation, she listened to me and genuinely apologized for the inconvenience, they were having a bit of a rush but she stopped and remade my drink right away so I could get where I was going. She was fast but it tasted perfectly! She was awesome and truly made my day! Thank you, Selena!

Seriously letting the name of Dutch bros go down at this location. Rude teenagers have never been a thing for Dutch, but this location definitely needs some customer service training. I stood there for over 10 mins just waiting in line, they gave drinks out, then when it was my turn I stepped to the window and they shut it. No one said anything to me… I awkwardly walked away. Do better kids… I’ve been coming here for years but I’ll go to the one off of litchfield now.

I have never watched someone make my drink so carelessly out of every coffee place I’ve ever been to… I am so disappointed in my experience today. 😕 I ordered a “banana cream pie latte” with oat milk. I watched the girl with blue hair absolutely forget about the white chocolate and banana syrup and carelessly add them on top of my drink at the end… She then “mixed it” and handed it to me and I was not willing to go back and ask for a remake. I will not return to this location because of this.

Will always be my favorite long day a work with two jobs and the young lady I wish I got her name was absolutely amazing she was very nice sweet helped me out when I was half way sleep her opinion on what I should get was a grate decision. and even better she didnt pressure me at all will definitely recommend anything she puts out

I have come to Dutch Bros since I was in High School. I will always remember the intention, conversations and delicious drinks. Today, I had a wonderful experience with Selena during their merch drop today. She was kind, efficient, and intentional. However, it has been very clear in recent visits their corporate has a desire for quicker deliveries on drinks but we know Dutch Bros to be quick AND intentional coexisting. Selena was great and made me a delicious drink! Hope the company continues to put customer service first just as Selena did today.

Selena is AMAZING! After a really rough day, Selena at Dutch Bros completely turned things around for me. She was kind, upbeat, and went above and beyond to help me create the best drink I’ve ever had, a sugar-free peach ring blended Rebel! I know those have to be hand-blended, which can be a bit of a hassle, but she didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience at all. Instead, she was super helpful and genuinely cared about getting it just right. Thank you, Selena, for your awesome energy and for making my day so much better! Dutch Bros is lucky to have you! 🙌💙

Took a long time to get one drink it was 2 cars onfront of me I always get the same drink for years, the doble rain bro which is strawberry coconut and peach. As q tea..got my drink and it was black not red like usual.. I ask if it was the right drink gir say yes and turn around it taste like crop

The Dutch Bros on Greenway & Reems is right around the corner from me, but their service sucks! I specifically drive a couple miles out of my way to come to this Dutch on Bell and Litchfield. They get my drink right every time. They are kind and very efficient. Keep up the good work!
