I went through the dried strew and asked for a golden eagle with iced coffee instead of blended. I had recently got one of these at another location and it was perfect. I told her I wanted a large. After a little discussion about me, not liking a whole lot of milk in my coffee. I ended up with a small iced coffee that was extremely strong. No Carmel. No vanilla. It was NASTY. SOOOO DISAPPOINTED.
I will be going back to the other location on Bell Road!!

If you're going to have two drive-thru lanes, MAKE SURE YOU PAY ATTENTION TO THE ORDER OF THOSE LANE LINES!!! Twice now, people in the shorter inside lane had their orders taken and were served ahead of people who were already there waiting in line BEFORE them! Today, a car in the inside lane was able to move ahead of THREE cars in the outside lane who were there before them! And the car behind them moved ahead of one car who was there before them. THAT IS CRAP!!!

Fantastic Service and a Beautiful Smile! We stopped by Dutch Bros today and had such a great experience! Trinity was super friendly and upbeat, and the service was fast and flawless. Trinity had such a beautiful smile and made our day with her positive energy. Our drinks were perfect, and we left in a better mood than when we arrived. Starters, I don’t normally write reviews, I’m saying this as a former employee who has repeatedly had drinks messed up. Went through today and the line was moving very fast. When i get to the window they’re finishing my drink and the guy at the window looks at the girl on bar and says “no sprinkles” for a CPB (which comes with sprinkles). small example but i’ve had issues with this location a handful of times messing up my order or not training well enough anymore to where new employees don’t know certain terms like “mafia style” (which is or at least was on their training test you need to take to get the job) or purposely putting minimal drizzle when i ask for extra. They’ve been nice when i ask for a remake which is why im giving 3 stars, but just upsetting to see

Depending on time of day but this place is usually packed with cars in the drive thru, however...Don't be discouraged. They move very quickly and the staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Hands down the BEST coffee!! I always have to stop by weekly for my Irish cream mocha cold pour! Selena is the “cherry on top” or in Dutch jargon, “the works” of my weekly experience! She is such a sweetheart and always perfects my drink! Someone give this girl a raise!
