I usually love Dutch bros however, I was a little disappointed I used my birthday reward and ordered the trick o treat drink (which I stepped out from my original lock) to get a drink with 0 gummy bears: handed a drink quickly with No greetings at the window. No surprise birthday cups like the usual ones. The only food service was the y o ung girl who wished me a happy birthday while taking my order:l. Thank you?

I honestly don't know who is to blame at this point. This is my usual Dutch brothers---- but I've had to stop using the drive through. I have watched as myself and countless others arrive first, only for the Broristas to serve another car that came after us... if we're going to have two lines, we have to be fair and service the car that gets here first.

I have been too over a dozen Dutch Bros in the valley, and this is by far the worst one. Multiple, multiple times I am the only one to order at the walk up and I'm waiting over 10 minutes to get my coffee. Please go to the Dutch Bros that is on waddell by the 303 instead of this one because this one sucks horribly.

If you’re doing a mobile order, avoid this location. I still had to wait in a long line in the heat to get my drink. I only got one drink too. Then I get to the front of the line and it’s past my pickup time and it still wasn’t ready.

I stop here just about every morning for a rebel to sip on at the beginning of my early morning shift. Staff is always great and pleasant. My order is made correctly and quickly. I'll definitely keep coming back to this location.
Took over 20 minutes in the drive thru lane. The baristas spent more time sitting and talking than working on building our drinks. Overall, very frustrated with this location and the lack of service.

Tried using the mobile order pick up, came at the designated time to wait 25 minutes standing in the heat for my coffee. When I get up to the window the woman seemed frazzled and said she would work on it now. I was still okay at that point sometimes they get busy. She then made my coffee. This is what upset me. The flavoring she used to mix into my drink was empty so instead of grabbing more flavoring she shakes it as if more was going to appear. I now have a 9 dollar drink that doesn’t taste like my order that I had to wait 25 minutes for. Unfortunately I think Dutch will no longer be my go to coffee spot.

I came in on my birthday today and Dunkin. The employee took care of me like no other Dutch Bros employee has in my past so now I go 30 minutes out of my way to make sure I come to this Dunkin alone customer service whoever the manager establishment give my brother 3 to 5 dollar raise. I’ve got 10,000 of friends that I tell about this location because of his customer service so he alone has brought this establishment more business and money than you could ever know thanks Dunkin’
