Dutch Bros Coffee

I've been going to this dutch almost every day since its opened. Angel is a very sweet and remarkable human. She remembers my name and my drink and always greets me with a smile and wonderful conversation. She is definitely a shining star and an exemplifies leadership qualities Thank you Angel for making a difference in my day.

Had an iced sugar free decaf Carmelizer with oat milk and it was delicious. They use Torani sugar free sauce that is sweetened with Sucralose. I'm allergic to Erythritol and Malitol sweetener so I was so happy they have switched to Sucralose. This was my first time to Dutch Bros and the employees were so friendly and nice, I will definitely be returning for more sugar free drinks.

This is my second review for the Dutch Bros at Greenway and Reems. I previously left a one-star review because of a negative experience with an employee named Angel. After posting that review, I noticed that Angel now refuses to serve me. On several occasions, when I get to the front of the line and she is working, she walks away or refuses to take my order.

I left my initial review hoping it would lead to better service, but instead, I feel like I’m being singled out and treated unfairly because of my earlier feedback. This has been disappointing and has made me feel unwelcome at this location. I hope management addresses this, as no customer should feel discriminated against for leaving honest feedback.

Sadly, this location feels like it missed the memo. The energy that makes Dutch Bros feel like Dutch just isn’t quite there. The lines are always long (which I don’t mind if the payoff is worth it), but the drinks tend to fall flat—more “meh”. And the staff, while not unfriendly, don’t bring the sparkle I’ve come to adore at other locations.

I still swing by when the craving hits because, hey, a Rebel is a Rebel—but I usually find myself wishing I’d made the extra drive to a location that captures that signature Dutch Bros joy

My wife and I went to get our family their Saturday morning coffee at 5:00 am 7/26/25. A total of 5 drinks. The young lady walked up to us and asked, are you getting and starting naming off our order to us. I was like you got to be kidding me right now. She had recognize my wife and remembered our order. I asked her her name and she said it was Rylin. Thank you very much for great customer service Rylin!!

I won’t order from here again. There is a girl who looks part black… she put a $2.00 tip when I didn’t ask her to do so. Then she gives me attitude when I’m waiting in line an I ordered ahead of time. Well I did so because of her attitude and I don’t want her adding a tip when I didn’t ask her too. I won’t go back to this place. You lost a customer and I’ll be going back to Starbucks. Remember child without customers you have no job.

Very clean atmosphere misters very cool service was 💯 over 💯 👍 T2 Diabetic tons of choices and Sugar Free Flavors. I'm not sure who the young lady was very professional, very patient, well-spoken, and with great interpersonal skills. 1st time here, great overall expirence !

While waiting in line in the heat with my two children in the car. I was almost hit with someone else trying to cutt the line. When bringing it up to the worker Layla if thats even her name. How he cutt me off and almost hit me. She started giving me attitude and started being super rude. And then another worker came over and said they didn't appreciate how i was talking to their worker. Well i don't appreciate be given dirty looks and i dont appreciate you giving me attitude. I dont recommend this location the girls are snarky and rude.

Came through here again and I’ve changed the review since the baristas don’t understand the zipper concept. They took the orders for all the right lane then started on the left! What’s the point of two lanes.

I usually like this Dutch Bros, but they just handed us an overfull soda drink which spilled all over myself and my friends. I mean seriously, do you not know how to wipe off a drink? Really????? The easiest thing and you are too inept to do it???? She even verbally acknowledged that the soda was overflowing!!!! So wipe it off if you see it happening!!! But noooo you would rather let your customers get themselves and their car all sticky, and waste their time because they had to pull over to clean up a mess that shouldn’t have happened. This is why I prefer Starbucks.

Ava was so great this morning, I totally loved her personality and we both love the Dulce de Leche. I am definitely Team Dutch Bros for Life. You can’t beat the service, drinks and food here.
