Drive thru is convenient. Line is always long in the mornings, but it moves fast. The food is great, special recommendation for the breakfast sandwiches and their cream cheese, they are unmatched as far as I'm concerned. Friendly staff at this location.

Nice selection of bagels fixed different ways. Parking was bad as it is in the same parking lot as discount tire on a Saturday morning. The drive through was packed too. The food was good. We ended up taking out because there was no place to sit.

Brenda is always so friendly. The food is incredible but the app has gotten less user friendly. Frustrates me often. For example if I put my rewards items in, i cannot order my normal order, I have to start over from scratch. Takes time and a nuisance

Went to Einstein this morning and ordered a caramel cream cold brew and a pumpernickel bagel, cream cheese on the side. I ordered through the drive thru. Order was repeated back to me. Got to the window and gave my phone number for rewards and used my points for a free bagel and smear. Got my order and proceeded to work. My drink was excellent! However to my disappointment I received a poppyseed bagel instead of the pumpernickel bagel. Not happy at all since I do not like poppyseeds! Wasted my points and had to give the bagel away. Not happy at all. UPDATE: Einstein reached out to me very quickly and made it right!

UPDATE! I have now given this review a 1 star. My favorite breakfast sandwich has become a wreck. This store has switched to powder egg whites or some other form, it tastes horrible. Once you ruin my experience by cutting costs, I’m sorry I can’t eat here. Please go back to real egg whites .
