I frequent this location regularly. The staff is always friendly and helpful regardless of how crazy it is in there. The food is amazing! I recently ordered food to go for my whole family and my daughter's bagel got messed up. I mentioned it in the survey and was contacted by someone from the location in a timely manner apologizing and offered to replace the sandwich next time I come in. Einstein's Surprise really does go above and beyond. Thank you guys!

Brenda truly is awesome. She was the one who served us through the drive threw and she is so lovely. Me and my mother come her alot so it was lovely to have her here with an amazing energy.
