Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

We were able to enjoy dining outside, which was wonderful. Our meal was great and our server was so attentive (perhaps happy to enjoy the unusually nice weather).

As always, we had an excellent experience. The food, service and value were excellent. Firebirds is our “go to” for a special meal and we haven't been disappointed!

Firebirds is our favorite place to dine in Surprise. The food and service are always excellent!

The food was good. My soup a little cold but still tasted good and didn't want to send back. Everything else was great Waiter Todd was very attentive

We love Firebirds. Unfortunately this time was not great. Our server disappeared for a long period of time. My wife want to take our granddaughter to change her and could hear our server talking on her phone in the stall that had the changing station. She went back 10 minutes later and mentioned she needed change the baby. The server was out of the bathroom right after that. Then it came to our food. The food was delicious as always but the chicken breast was extremely small. Like half the size of a normal chicken breast. I am hoping this is not a way they are cost cutting because the prices at not inexpensive. I am hopeful this was just a matter for one time miss and things will be back to normal next time we go.

Always consistent delicious food at reasonable prices. Very knowledgeable and attentive staff. Plus they make a great drink.!!!!

Firebirds service and food are always top notch. If anything needs correcting its done quickly. Love our favorite server Crystal and well as many others we have had which always has made it a great experience. Food is plentiful and almost always requires a to-go bag. I had the excellent BLT salad with chicken breast for $24 and took half with us. My wife had chicken wings and the Tomato Bisque soup which she loved and also took some of the wings home. Total bill was under $50. We are frequent diners there and would not be if the ambiance and food weren't great.

Great food, wonderful, patient server. But even though we were away from the bar, the noise level was Yikes! I don't know why restaurants want the high echoing ceilings. Yes they look nice but make it hard to converse. Still, we will definitely be back because of the food and service and rewards.

We came here to celebrate my wife's birthday. Food was delicious. We got there about 5pm on a Saturday. Later around 6-6:30 it started to get crowded.

Excellent scratch kitchen food, wonderful cocktails, great atmosphere & service. A bit pricey, but worth it for the quality of food and staff.

First time diners here. The tomahawk pork chop was amazing (sauce on the side). We had a minor issue with the other dish, but the Firebirds team handled it immediately. The service from top to bottom was exceptional and appreciated. Our server, Melissa, was able to have conversations with us without being a distraction from the food. Matt, the manager, was genuine in how he solved our issue. It was a fantastic experience and combined w/ the quality of food, we will be back for date night.

Great place for a special meal. The drinks were very good! I had prime rib, and it was cooked perfectly. The parm potatoes were yummy and a good complement. The tomato bisque was unique and very flavorful. My wife had the sirloin, and she loved it. The proprietor came to the table and chatted. Service was quick and appropriate. Great place!

Employees were super friendly, pork chop, carrots and potatoes were great. Rare steak was a bit over cooked but overall well seasoned and flavorful

Have been there once before and it was good, but this time we took relatives and everything went sideways. Slow service, under cooked steak, chicken pasta cold and sent back, some main plates didn't come out until others were almost done. They compted one dinner and gave gift card. We will try again.
