Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

The food and drink were outstanding. They were pretty busy, so our service was good, but not great. It would be nice if you could provide less food and lower the price. I had the meatloaf which was extremely good, however it was definitely two meals.

Hunter and Haley were the bomb they were fantastic bartenders and servers big thumbs up and the food was amazing too!

I have ordered the Tomahawk Pork Chop twice now and both times it has been undercooked. We had over an hour wait for our food to be served. Our table was right by the entry door so in addition to restaurant noise there was a lot of noise from the guests waiting . When the recooked pork chop returned it was still not cooked correctly near the bone. Everyone else was done eating so I asked for mine to go. When we got home I opened my Togo box to give my dog the bone to chew for a bit but the chop had been cut off the bone and no bone was in the box. I feel I should have been asked if I wanted it. They were quite busy but I feel that is no excuse for a restaurant to be below standard. I am not sure I would go back again due to the food quality and loudness in the restaurant.

Our waitress messed up our order. My husband ordered a medium steak and I ordered a medium rare. I received the medium dry steak and he got the rare steak. We ordered different types of steak so we couldn't switch. It was very busy and I think the waitress was rattled. We will go back but we will make sure the waitress staff writes the order correctly.

The restaurant was packed and we were seated almost 20 minutes after our reservation time. It took forever for our food to come out. My parents got the ribs and they were tough. It was Veterans Day and I don't think they were prepared for the crowd that came in. Usually a good restaurant, today just want their day. Maybe do vouchers for the free meals next time.

I ordered a 7oz filet medium well and they butterflies it without asking me. The steak was chared. My friend ordered a new york strip medium well and the outside was burnt and the interior was rare. Not a good meal. Service was good. Firebirds is our favorite steakhouse but I usually go to the one in gilbert. This surprise location wasn't close to the quality I have come to expect at firebirds.

My wife I and made reservations here for our 2 year anniversary and had a great time! The prime rib was excellent as was the sirloin and they gave us a complimentary creme brulee cheesecake dessert given the occasion which we appreciated very much. It was a little loud in there but after a few cocktails our voices had no problem matching the volume level in the room lol. Overall a wonderful experience, we will definitely go back and I would highly recommend!

Good bartenders. Pleasant to talk to and I didn't have to ask for things. They were proactive on n what I needed.

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill stands out among a lot of competition at this new shopping center. The West Valley has been lacking for quality restaurants for many years, and this place adds something nice to the new loop 303 community. Excellent steaks, excellent quality jumbo shrimp, great drinks, exceptional atmosphere, and outstanding service. When my steak came out cold because it had been pre-cut for me, the manager took it back no questions asked and brought it out hot and uncut. It was amazing, and I'm glad the manager and server were so kind about making it right. We will be back.

This was our first time going to Firebirds, in the service was wonderful, the food was pretty good and the atmosphere was very nice although it was a little loud it was hard to carry a conversation. We will definitely come back.

We were able to enjoy dining outside, which was wonderful. Our meal was great and our server was so attentive (perhaps happy to enjoy the unusually nice weather).

As always, we had an excellent experience. The food, service and value were excellent. Firebirds is our “go to” for a special meal and we haven't been disappointed!

Firebirds is our favorite place to dine in Surprise. The food and service are always excellent!

The food was good. My soup a little cold but still tasted good and didn't want to send back. Everything else was great Waiter Todd was very attentive

We love Firebirds. Unfortunately this time was not great. Our server disappeared for a long period of time. My wife want to take our granddaughter to change her and could hear our server talking on her phone in the stall that had the changing station. She went back 10 minutes later and mentioned she needed change the baby. The server was out of the bathroom right after that. Then it came to our food. The food was delicious as always but the chicken breast was extremely small. Like half the size of a normal chicken breast. I am hoping this is not a way they are cost cutting because the prices at not inexpensive. I am hopeful this was just a matter for one time miss and things will be back to normal next time we go.
