I was very disappointed that twice in a row there has been little bone fragments in my sandwich not sure if there is an issue with the supplier but it should probably be addressed considering it happening on two different visits.

Ordered pickup on line. No pickle or mustard on the club on a sub. Came with a pickle soggy roll and mustard. Not the first time order has been messed up at this location

Took my family here for dinner. I ordered black olives on my sandwich and didn’t receive them. No big deal. We tried to sign up for the app and there was no code on the receipt for the validation code. When I asked the manager she told me that there was nothing that they can do that The code was removed from the receipt. And we can’t get our points now

The cashier is snotty and rolling eyes from the moment I watched her when I came thru the door and the other 3 customers after me . The others were greeting welcoming and had smiles on maybe she doesn’t appreciate or like her job .
