I woke up today craving a burger as a pregnant lady. My husband suggested five guys. That seemed like a good choice. We placed our order online and it said ready between 5-10 minutes. We ordered burgers and two little fries and drinks. We live about 5 minutes away, so when we arrived my husband checked to see if our order was ready since there was a bag up top. It wasn’t ours. We waited about ten minutes. Then he asked and was told not ready yet. People came in after us and got their orders before us. It wasn’t until about 32 minutes that we finally got ours. (From the estimate given to us online) They apologized like four times to my husband. When we got the order, my fries weren’t what you typically expect from this place. Ya know, the extra added in the bag. No, it was just my little cup filled and that was it. We also had to remind them that we got drinks with our order. So disappointed in this place. For $41. You just expect better service and quality.

Really not sure why there is a 3.7 rating. Sure its a bit expensive for a burger joint but you know that going in. This location was clean, friendly, and delivered on the quality. The manager on shift even came to our table to ask if everything was good, which rarely happens at these type of restaurants.

This location was simply amazing ! Mike the manager was taking orders while the rest of his crew was at all the other positions. He was above and beyond a good manager , told every customer to have a good night , tried fixing the soda fountain,because the wife said something was wrong with the diet coke , he walked around the dining room and checked on everyone. What a pleasure to see and watch a manager work with his crew and take care of all customers, he truly was the example to the new and upcoming staff , Thank you for a quick late night burger

The man who took my order was likely the best customer service worker I've ever met, I do not know his name, but give a raise to the man that served Stella on August 2nd at 12:32 PM, he was the best.
