Ordered online. Waited 45 minutes and then they cancelled order. If they were not able to complete the order they should have cancelled right away and not have people waiting 45 minutes. In today’s world everything is customer service based so they may want to keep up.
About 8 months ago I tried to call in a food order & called 15 times with no one answering the phone. Yesterday I went in during the day to ask how to get someone to answer their phone as I would be placing an order in the evening. I was only told their phone number which was the one I already had. In the evening I called 8 times with NO ONE answering the phone. I drove there & ordered 2 orders of taco's then went to my car to wait for when it would be done. I love going to fuzzys! The staff is friendly and welcoming. Their cheese fries is my personal favorite. and I love that they have Karaoke and I can bring my 8 year old with me and they let her sing her heart out! I love Fuzzys! ❤️
