We were excited to try a new coffee place today however were “welcomed” by the two most impersonal employees. We asked the gal what her favorite drink was since it was our first time here. She responded by sliding the drink specials paper forward on the counter and walking away. When the gentlemen came over to take our order and we asked him the same question, he proceeded to say he doesn’t drink coffee or tea. Everything about this place was offputting and I bet that isn’t the goal. Unfortunately enough my coffee isn’t good either. Wish it could be a zero star rating :-(

Awful waiting in drive through! Today was my 3rd time coming here and it will be my last! The 3 times I’ve been here there’s always a wait while the girls are chatting with each other! The coffee is decent and today the orange cranberry muffin wasn’t fresh at all and after the second bite it tasted like mold!🤢 Over 11 minutes waiting with one car in front who was handed an iced coffee 😒the 2 girls on need a shot of espresso to get a bit more energy!

Food - Got a breakfast burrito as recommended….it came out on a paper plate…in a mission tortilla…and Iam 100% positive I heard a *ding* from the microwave where it was cooked….I took a bite to be nice since a kind gentleman brought it out…never again…meat in it was gray…
Coffee - Mid, seems like a place to get an Americano over a latte
Vibes - Free WiFi and nice staff, atmosphere was different & seemed promising till I got the food lol

Everybody was very helpful in finding what I would like They even let me sample a couple of different things if you're looking for a chill place to hang out that isn't that other brand that supports a local family and this will be the place for you.

My first time here it was amazing! Coming back was a disappointment. Rude employee, took 10 minutes to get our coffee and seeing them talking on their phones. We wait get our coffee and she doesn’t say a thing just turns back around to talk to her other co-worker and look at her phone. We didn’t get straws.. so we had to wait again for her to look up from her phone and stop talking to realize we were still there. Keep in mind no one was ordering.

Customer service is excellent. The staff is very savvy with latte art and they are very friendly. They made the most perfect oat milk cortado and even made some latte art (see picture attached). I appreciate how attentive the staff were every time I went. This is what the experience of coffee shops used to be and should be: welcoming & personalized.
