THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER SEEN. I Witness this older man being extremely rude to an obviously Autistic young girl and a young boy. She placed an order and the employees seemed to have messed up on her orders. She had to go back to the counter 3 times. On top of that they over charged her and would not refund her the difference. The best Bagels in the state, hands down!! We come here at least 2x a month, if not more. Fresh bagels, phenomenal breakfast burritos, Boars Head meats, can’t go wrong!
If you go and order a breakfast burrito, make sure you add potatoes, so good. 🥯
Your staff is rude. I walked out this morning due to the rudeness of your employee. I have gone to Hot Bagels for 10 years! Your customer service used to be good, now I'm treated rudely. I'm not coming back. They lack that basics of even polite good morning. On multiple occasions they've snapped at me when I asked if out of a certain bagel, pointing at the empty bin, rolling their eyes. Well today's nasty employee did it for me.
