This was my favorite place to get bagels until yesterday… I ordered a bagel and I witnessed with my own two eyes the woman toast my bagel, apply the strawberry cream cheese I ordered and then get a little extra cream cheese on the knife and LICK IT OFF! Then she proceeded to put the knife back in the cream cheese and put it away!!! I left in shock and I am truly devastated because this is my favorite bagel in town but I will not be returning…

I was looking forward to an Italian #7 on a poppy bagel. I was glad to see that there was one poppy bagel left. When I arrived home to eat my #7 I noticed a yellow orange liquid which turned out to be Italian Dressing. I was expecting to have Oil and Vinegar which is what it states it comes with on the menu board. It ruined my sandwich.. if that’s what’s going to be part of the condiments they need to update the menu board so customers know what they are getting.

the food was ok, the workers were so rude. they don’t acknowledge you at all, they answer your questions like you’re stupid, & overall just rude. go to a different hot bagels & deli, this one SUCKS. :/

The bagel was ok. Almost no cream cheese. The lady behind the counter had a lot of aditude. Could have just been a bad day but that can't be what the customers see and experience. It was our first time at that location and was expecting what we always get at all the other locations or more because there competition is in the same place. Also we got plain cream cheese and it tasted like the last cream cheese they spread was garlic and onion so lack of cleaning.

The bagels are pretty good but sadly they lack the basic common costumer service, the guy at the register is always rushing you! But if you like great bagels this is the place for you I did get the VEGGIE BURRITO, which he seem to misunderstand me a few times (I have an accent) but processed to help me pricing is fair for this quality of bagels.
