I went to hungry howies on grand and parkview and I purchased 2 large calzone subs ordered extra meat. The man was irritated when I ordered extra meat and then asked for no pepperoni. Then when I got home the inside was raw, The dough was raw and the meat was cold and the cheese was not melted,I took pictures by the way....I then called and asked for a manager. A man named Virgil who spelled his name very loudly to me over the phone. Told me it was my fault because I ordered extra meat and refuse to fix my order. He then continued to yell at me on the phone. He was so disrespectful.

The dude working today was amazing. Super friendly, personable and fun to talk to while we finished up my order. Pizza looked absolutely perfect, I mean just look at it! The dude deserves some recognition, I wish I would of gotten his name. He seemed to be the only one there which adds to how awesome he did! Came in on 1/6/24 around 2pm, hopefully he gets some props for this, he deserves it!
It's been about 6 years since I've had Howie's - glad to see the quality at this location is still great. More importantly they have an awesome, friendly staff. These guys won back an old customer.

I went to Hungry Howie's today to get a pizza for lunch. I stood at the counter for at least 10 - 15 minutes. I did not see 1 person let alone hear anyone. I even spoke out, nothing. I ended up just leaving. Apparently it must be make it yourself with self checkout.... I love their pizza, but will debate whether to try to go there again.
