Last week the food is good and service. But this week it wasn’t as good . No silverware , the waiter took forever just to show up like she was hanging outside .

We were just in the area taking our RV in for service and stopped here to get a snack and a beer. What a great place, good prices and friendly service, had the chicken wrap on the lunch special menu. Too bad we are leaving the area. Try them..you will be glad you did!!

Wings were better when we ordered and ate them there. We ordered a few dozen to go, and they weren't as good; not as much seasoning/sauce as the wings we ate at the restaurant.

When I rate a restaurant, it's rated for the type of restaurant compared to others of the same type. Hurricane Grill & Wings falls in the Pub Food category. Their food is delicious, comes out hot, and is served by people who care about the service they provide. This was our first time here, and we'll be back. The burgers are huge and flavorful. Other food plates at our table were enjoyed by all. Our server was friendly and took very good care of us. The environs were clean and tidy. Visit here with confidence.

The staff stands around like bumps on a log expecting someone else to do their work. The owner needs to clean house and get new staff. Customer service is awful and the staff wear unprofessional attire.

WTH is this? I ordered well done. I called and the manager was off. I spoke to a lady and she assured me that raw bloody meat was fine to eat and some people order rare. 😳

We’ve been here around 4-5 times so I’m not sure how I missed a review, but we came this Sunday afternoon a year away to give them another try after a horrible last visit where service was zero and food mediocre at best. First time here was great, but each time after has just gotten worse. Sunday we came without our kids and decided to sit at the bar and see if service was better. We opted for just chips and salsa and some beer. Bartender was nowhere close in sight for a few, but we quickly realized he was running to the kitchen etc at times to help out. They seemed understaffed. Once he saw us he was good and we had everything fairly fast. Beer options weren’t great for me, but I like sours which they don’t offer so closest was bottles Angry Orchard. Prices were fair, but I think we’ve just established this spot isn’t for us. More of an elderly crowd and service slow.
