This was are first time here. The fish dinner was tasty. The waitress was super friendly. We would definitely come back.

My wife and I waited for 30 minutes to be seated because booths were limited. All chairs were not padded, just wooden. That was not an issue. The problem was once seated in a booth, multiple servers passed by with nobody acknowledging us in anyway. One male server with a man bun even went out on the patio to do a little dance and then returned inside. My wife tried to flag him down but everyone ignored us. The servers then greeted and started serving other guests that were seated 15 minutes after we were sat. This location lacks professionals and management. We complained to the host as we left and received an apology but no solution. Worst service in Surprise or anywhere near Phoenix. Will never return and will tell as many people as possible about the unacceptable behavior of the restaurant and it’s staff.

Don't think it if fair to rate the food when I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. Was with a party of 10 for lunch and everyone enjoyed their food. Great server. The Caesar salad was fine, the coconut shrimp tacos looked fantastic.

The Hurricane has the best servers and bartenders in the Valley, and they host trivia and other games nearly every evening year round.

I ordered a burger for lunch online. It was ready on time and in the to-go section right when I walked in so it was quick and easy. The burger was honestly probably one of the best burger's I've had in a while. Whoever was grilling on 6/19 around lunch time nailed it! Thank you!

Good wings and other bar type of food. Good cocktails and no bad beer selection on tap.

EXCELLENT Burgers, Chicken straps are our favorites.

Last week the food is good and service. But this week it wasn’t as good . No silverware , the waiter took forever just to show up like she was hanging outside .

We were just in the area taking our RV in for service and stopped here to get a snack and a beer. What a great place, good prices and friendly service, had the chicken wrap on the lunch special menu. Too bad we are leaving the area. Try them..you will be glad you did!!

Wings were better when we ordered and ate them there. We ordered a few dozen to go, and they weren't as good; not as much seasoning/sauce as the wings we ate at the restaurant.
