Been waiting for 20 min for an pickup order, ordered 15 min ago, i mean how much time do iHop needs for some eggs to be coocked? Common now, if the customer is not here that doesn’t mean that you can make them wait that long, there are more then just the customer waiting there is the driver as well!

It’s your classic IHOP—but with great service! Our server was knowledgeable and super attentive, which made the meal even better. While they don’t have a huge healthy menu, you can definitely make smarter choices with what they offer. They also have vegan and gluten-free options, which is a nice bonus.
My husband had the protein pancakes and said they were delicious. Someone at our table ordered a lemonade and loved not just the taste, but the simple, refreshing aesthetic of it—it looked great and felt like a little extra treat.
Definitely a solid spot for after church, breakfast, lunch, or just because. I mean, who doesn’t love some good old IHOP?

has been a great ihop for more than a decade. the staff was kind, respectful, and good natured. food was made well and with care and got out to our table quite fast. im more than confident about returning to this location

I order DoorDash from here frequently late in the night/ early morning. Whoever the cook is, deserves some praise!!! The food is amazingggg and comes out perfectly cooked how I asked. I have never eaten in store so I can’t rate that but with how warm and good my food came (20 mins away mind you) they MUST have good in store service. Great food!

Wanted to have breakfast Sunday morning at the Surprise location, waited over 5 minutes before someone even saw me. I was seated and after 15 minutes of no service I left. Where is the Manager? If he was doing his job this kind of stuff would not happen.

Went and had early breakfast with the family and ordered pancakes the new cookie ones and they did not disappoint the service was great the food was hot fresh and very yummy it was a very good experience we def will come back!!!

Such a great experience! The staff was completely engaged and seemed to actually enjoy their work and each other. I love seeing that! Food was good, special requests were met. We will go back, for sure!
