Waited in line 45 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. When I got the food it was ice cold. 6 tacos that were partially fried. Cheese wasn't even melted. We have had several bad experiences with this location. Will not be back

Young lady working drive Thru 10/21/25 around 12am was super rude and needs to really work on her attitude and work ethic. Ended up leaving due to the amount of attitude giving while ordering.

First off, their drive through was shut down which caused everyone to have to go inside while the employees sat on the rocks in a circle outside. Upon entering the store (10/17 @ 9pm-ish), I watched a woman's bag rip in half as she was walking out and all of her food went all over the floor. You could see she was embarrassed even though it wasn't her fault they overstuffed the bag. She asked if the food could be remade. The jerk at the register raised his voice and caused a scene embarrassing this woman even more. He scooped up the food dramatically and tossed it in the trash and kept glaring at tge woman and shaking his head. He was so loudly rude it caused his sweet coworker to usher him out and she took over. I frequest this establishment often. If i see him working, I will walk out now. It was absolutely uncalled for.

Went there today and ordered a bonus jack meal, was told not on their menu. Guess they don.t watch tv or read their ad's. they send out. Not going there again, never know what they will have on their menu.

I went there this morning and the lady was so rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for sauce and then gave me the one sauce that I didn't ask for and like five of them and I know she did on purpose because she was being rude. The food. Is fine, but the customer service in the morning.The big mexican lady needs an attitude adjustment. Don't work in customer service.If you're not good with people.She acted miserable and like she didn't want to be there.

they have nothing available no shakes no slushy no nothing and say everything is out you in ordering online orders always messed up incomplete and take forever. Do not recommend going to this location. Go to 303 in Bell instead.

Went to go get my whole order re made and they told me that I waited to long and that I ordered a grilled chicken salad with cold chicken even though it says hot grilled chicken on the meal I picked and they wouldn’t even re make it just the salad but that’s not it !… instead of making a new grilled chicken salad they put the piece of hot chicken on the same exact old salad I was having issues with the first time.
Good Customer Service. Workers need to clean the tables when customers are done eating & get rid of the flies.

The young lady at the drive-thru was remarkable; if she's not a manager, she certainly deserves to be recognized for her exceptional customer service. The young gentleman taking orders was equally friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the night shift employees for your hard work and dedication—it's truly appreciated!

Best damn Jack in the Box tacos of all the Surprise AZ locations. Always fresh, shell always crunchy, lettuce always cold, always the perfect amount of hot sauce, and NEVER greasy or soggy!!!
