Danny/ mercha is horrible very unprofessional when it comes to customers especially paying customers feels like he is entitled and runs the show at jack in the box rather give good service he wants to give attitude about some tacos that he said he needed 15 minutes to defrost tacos but once we called him out he all of a sudden didn't understand English but show how we got a refund from him because her doesn't want corporate to see it literally happened on 3/9 at 3 am in the morning will never come here again or jack in the box in general

I just want to thank Heather, the manager at this restaurant. She is always kind and very willing to help and make things right. Just want her to know it is appreciated. Thank you. Tonight (2/2/25) my husband went and got some potato wedges that they didn't have available at a different restaurant, she didn't have to make it right, we called to see if they were selling them because the other restaurant said NO restaurants were selling them, but it turned out that it wasn't true and we had already paid for them, and she offered to make them for us even though we had paid for them at a different restaurant. I know it's isn't something they do, so I really appreciate her going above and beyond to help us and understanding us. I think I'll just make this store our regular even if it's a it farther.

My parents went through the drive thru for me and I was trying to do half cash half card because I know I only had a certain amount on my card the cashier told my parents that they couldn't do that. So I called and spoke to someone and asked why they don't do that and she gave an excuse that there was a problem with their systems. I work in fast food, I know that half cash half card is absolutely possible and that they just didn't wanna do it. I don't know if the cashier was new but I am upset that they lied about not being able to do half cash half card. This happened at around 8:30 on the 18th.
Those employees tonight were awesome. Working their butts off. I ordered 14 tacos, no lettuce, got no complaints. They were made in great timing. Customer service was perfect. It was busy too, not just me up there in drive thru. They tasted great. Give these employees some props. I work in a kitchen. I know how big orders can be tough on a busy night. Spectacular service. Thank you guys!!!

All in all a pretty decent jack in the box, the majority of the staff here are hard working and kind, usually long lines here but it's worth the wait

I ordered a number 5 witch is a bacon double but it had no bacon on it how is that possible

Had ordered breakfast jack, told my sister it tasted off, weird. I opened it up and there was dark green slime like mold on the egg/bun with lots of oily grease. Looked like mold and was only in certain spots. Went to the counter to show the worker she said, it’s OK, it’s just butter. I couldn’t believe it. I have eaten hundreds of these over the years this was not normal. Before we ordered out at the counter, I saw another lady return one to the counter but didn’t think too much of it. Maybe they put something on it that she didn’t want so they made her another one. This was definitely bad, tasted bad,smelled bad and looked bad. If they say it’s the butter coming out of the squirt tube of oil then they need to clean that out. Also no hot water in bathroom. This is a place where somebody is going to get deathly ill. I will not be going there again. So bad I’m thinking about reporting to the health dept so some corrections can be done. The mgr/owner replied back to the Google response and told me to contact them with further details.
I told him everything, he needs to check his employees and products. This is unbelievable.and unacceptable. I am going to report them to the health dept.

Restaurantji Recommends
Drive thru was long, the guy who took my order never actually took my order. Just “repeated it in his head multiple times” his words not mine. He then charges me almost $30 dollars for the guy behind me food. Because that order got to the system but not mine; Remember, my order was in this high teenager’s brain still. He issues the refund to be returned in 2-3 days. Got the right food and still charged me another $14 on top of that. If I wanted to spend almost $50 on mediocre food I would have went to Apple bees and enjoyed some football

Rude employee, she obviously didn’t want to be there. My sourdough Jack was cold and I had to pull a giant hair out of my mouth, I’m still nauseous. My husbands tacos had hair stuck in them too. Too coincidental to have not been put there on purpose, there’s no way!!! We legit feel sick right now. $20 and I’m DISGUSTED!
