I stopped by at 3am after work and the guy working the window literally chugged what looked like a small bottle of liquor and chased it down with a soda right in front of me..funny thing is there was a police car in the drive thru behind me. Lol do better people..you should be ashamed..the nerve to do that when a customer is staring right at you!

Got sick from this location. Has to be bad cooking oil . Very old or very dirty.
I placed my order in the app and I paid extra to have jalapenos added to 4 of my items but all 4 of those items were just made regular. When I went up to the counter I couldn't believe it when they told me they didn't want to fix my order because they were busy (there were only 3 customers in the lobby including me). Their only solution was to give me a side order of three individual jalapeno slices, even though I paid to add jalapenos to four separate items. They acted like I was crazy for asking for the ingredients I PAID EXTRA FOR. Jack in the box has really hit rock bottom when it comes to customer service.

Gentleman at the window couldn’t be bothered to say a single word to me. Did not state the total, no thank yous, no have a good days—nothing but silence. On Mother’s Day, nonetheless :) Doing your job as a hollow shell, doesn’t count. Do better, buddy.
