We ordered a burger and 2 tacos and they had us go wait in front of store for 15 minutes. Then I sent my son in and they didn’t have our order.Food was not hot. The store was empty and the drive thru was empty. This was at 5:09 on 7/24/25. Unacceptable won’t be back!

I’ve never left a review on a fast food place… but multiple times this location has made me want to, and now finally did. Rude worker, very short and wrong order. It ain’t rocket science to be kind. Or at least do a job correctly

Went through drive through this evening and there was no one in line. As soon as we got there we were asked to wait that took 5 minutes. The person working the drive thru sounded like she did not want to be there. Got to the window and the same kind attitude. When she handed us our food she didn't say anything word. Just handed it over. Usually you would get here you go or have a good night. Nothing. This is just standard customer service.

I went to this Jack in the Box around 12:06 AM with my girlfriend and her family, and the experience was honestly terrible. The employee at the drive-thru (tall, light-skinned guy in a hoodie) had a rude and unprofessional attitude. He kept interrupting the order with “Is that it?” before I was even finished, making it feel like we were being rushed or bothering him just for ordering food.

On top of that, the food wasn’t even hot. The fries were cold, and overall the meal was just unsatisfying. As someone who manages a fast food restaurant myself, I know what good customer service should look like—and this was the opposite. If you don’t want to work or treat customers with basic respect, maybe this job isn’t for you. Really disappointing visit.

Haven't been to a Jack in the Box for a long time... after visiting I understand why. We went inside and the wait just to place the order was over 20 minutes. The wait for the food was acceptable and the foods quality was fine. Just nothing I wish to go back to.

No one in line and didnt seem very busy. Yet they still had me pull around front a park to wait for my food. There was no one waiting behind me. What's the point of the drive thru if I still have to park to wait for my food. Might as well go inside.

Got sick from this location as well as the one on bell. Ordered from both locations around 2 am in the morning. I am not emailing anybody. Clean your kitchen and fryers properly.

Horrible service. Getting attitude for ordering and then waiting almost 30 minutes in the drive through. When asked why there is attitude she said they are short handed. I understand but it’s not the customers fault and there was only 2 cars in line and 1 car in the parking lot.. We asked the manager for corporates number and we were told she doesn’t have it…. Weird. Oh well. Last time going there.

i was the only car in the drive through, had to pull around into a parking spot and wait 10+ mins and my food was still cold. worker had extremely long nails that are definitely not safe/sanitary when working in a kitchen. additionally, she was extremely rude and had terrible manners.

I would not recommend eating here. I ordered a sandwich with sausage, there was no sausage on the sandwich and they threw on a random piece of ham, it didn't even come with ham.
The women that worked there were rude, miserable, unfriendly and obviously didn't know how to make a simple sandwich. I say women because that's all that was working there the night that I went.
Employees need better training.

Everytime I go after 10 at night the Fries are so hard and cold you know they just been sitting for hours it's disgusting why spend money on something so old it's inedible
