I preordered on the app got there and it said 10:35 pm my order would be ready which was good. It also said allow an additional 5-10 minutes if it's busy so I did. But I kept seeing cars go through the drive thru and no online orders being made as there were 3 to 4 of us waiting for them. After waiting the 10 minutes I asked for an employee to come over and he claimed they were making the orders I the order they came in. I told him that there was only two cars in the in the drive thru and I ordered 5 mins before I got there he made a lot of excuses but no solutions. I asked for a lead or supervisor someone in charge he said no one of that nature was there. So I said can you find me the most senior employee? He said yea. A Hispanic gentleman came over and was very understanding and helpful and apologized when I explained what had happened. I didn't get his name to mention him in the review for taking charge but if Jack in the Box is reading this I was there 2/16 so you should definitely acknowledge him because I would be writing a 1 star review across the board. He made a point to say I'm gonna get your order right now and I am very sorry instead of making excuses and that goes a long way!

We are DoorDash and we eat at various different Jack-in-the-Box. This is by far one of the greatest ones that we’ve been to. Everyone was super friendly. They all look like they know their job together super fast. The food is steaming hot super fresh yummy yummy. Chicken tater melt was so bomb!

I really enjoy using the Jack in the box app every day because I have the app.I get 2 tacos for 99 cents.So anytime I need a quick lunch.I'll grab eight tacos 44 dollars and change and I have a great meal.

Every time I got to this location after hours when they should be open, I am told the computers are down and they can only take mobile orders. It’s been like 5 times at all different hours ( I have a baby that needs a car ride to fall back asleep so I’m always up at odd hours ). I normally drive to the location on Bell and they can take my order with no issues and have been told that the Waddell location is just being lazy. Don’t say you’re 24 hours if you aren’t.
Didn't get to order because I pulled up just to be told they are understaffed so can only take pickup/online orders... what in the world of idiocricy crap is this?

The girl/man with pink hair taking orders late night hates their life and always have attitude food aint bad but just the people there are too much and thats why i stopped going to this location

Every time I go here they get my order wrong. I can be as clear as possible and they still find some way to mess it up. Also don't order the potato wedges here, they'll give you like 10 and say it's the same price as a large curly fry. Absolutely ridiculous.
Came in to pick up a order for delivery, and literally watched the guy with his pants hanging off his behind wipe the extra mayo that was on his bare finger on a customers burger bun 🤮
This was a late night visit, and everything was great. For my order right, and I could tell it was just made.

Usually, outside of peak hours, they maintain fast and on time mobile orders. However I had to get food for my family and Jack in the box is one of the very few places open during Christmas Eve. So of course, they will be slammed (and were, had the drive thru wrapped until the first Bashas entrance) , which was understandable so I wasn't mad at that. However, I had asked twice an ETA for my food, first time said they don't see my name on their screen to be up next, and 2nd time they're not working on it yet. The first time asking was after about an hour waiting, 2nd time was hour and a half. I asked a 3rd time, waiting 2 hours, and showed them what I ordered and my food was on the window the whole time for at least 45 mins. As I said, usually they're on time during chill hours, but with that happening, this was the killer for this.

The bread was supposed to be toasted and was not.Also the 2nd sourdough grill was not either and sandwich looked ripped was open. We will never go back again.
