My daughter had me stop here, I've never been, I'm from Wisconsin. I tried a hamburger, chicken nuggets s, halfsie fries, and mini tacos.

The service, awesome, very friendly and helpful with a first timer navigating the menu.

The food, ok, I'd pass on the burger. The nuggets, fries were good and and the mini tacos were our favorite.

The store seemed a little dumpy, looked clean just, run down a bit.

This store needs attention. Every time I come here the employees look like they are one minor incident away from completely falling apart. The moral is super low. Super long wait times. They don’t greet customers. No patients or customer service towards the elderly. The only reason this store gets orders is because there isn’t another one for miles. It’s sad. This could be a good place for both employees and customers but someone would need to actually care first for that to happen.

Horrible store! Out of everything and took more than 30 min to get my order. There was no sense of urgency.

The best part was the privacy inside because there were no people but the employees. They completely forgot the bacon in the Jumbo Breakfast Platter, which we realized only after we got home, about 20 miles away so more money to drive 40 extra miles. This is the closest Jack in the Box to our home but definitely not our first choice. Last time we came here the cashier blithely told me the biggest tender combo they sold was a 3 piece after I had ordered a 5 piece tender combo, as I do nearly every time I visit a Jack in the Box, and after she looked behind at the menu herself. I wanted to chalk it up to her making a random mistake as we all do sometimes, but after today I’m not so sure it wasn’t just vindictive customer service.
