Generally pretty good and quick, this last time I ordered the bacon and Swiss smashed jack combo and wasn't impressed with the burger for the price. Oh well..

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes with no line and ignored . I will not go back to that location until the staff is trained in customer service.

Went for lunch and the service was incredible. Sabrina was very helpful by taking orders, cleaning the dining area, and taking people’s trash all at the same time. We already thought about leaving a tip, but then when an older lady was having some health issues the staff rushed to help her by giving her water, food, and walking her to her seat. The lady reached in her purse and was told that they were covering it. At that moment we knew we HAD to tip them. And while Sabrina was mostly helping that lady, the rest of the staff picked up doing everything else with taking meals out to those waiting outside for pickup, and taking orders up front. Overall the service is the most above and beyond I’ve ever seen.

Employees looked lost and didnt really say much to customers. Manager is rude we havent heard her stop yelling and complaning to her employees since we got here... several ppl waiting for orders they got them all mixed up,gave ppls food away to other ppl, missed part of our order, and over charged another customer.. just bad service all the way around... wont be comming back here...

This place is actually the best. I don't even particularly like Jack in the box food, but everyone here is so so incredibly nice.
The staff here really make the difference and have kept me coming here when I get done with my night shifts.
