Wow!! I'm sorry Mia that I came in at 8am on a Sunday and ordered something. I realize there was someone else there who obviously ordered drinks and food but slamming things around and turning on a blender while taking my order isn't the best idea. And the fact that I asked to change and wanted an added ingredient and you told me you couldn't do it makes me wonder how it's been done in the past. No hello, no can I help you, no thank you, not even a fake smile. Maybe you should consider either another shift or another line of business with an attitude like that.

Sabrina B needs to smile more and not be so rude to her customers. I understand we are all going through things at times however this type of attitude is only going to make ur future days worse. U are attracting every negative energy ur way.

I got one of the açaí bowls and it tasted like dirty water.The pineapple tasted like nothing and the girl that help me and my friend was not very happy and was rude.

I’ve been before but it’s been years. We walked on to an empty shop and while we were greeted it took a bit to take our order. It looks like she was working on pick up orders. We opted for two small drinks; protein drink and a smoothie. Both were just ok and one over blended. The price is insane to me. We left over $25 poorer for two SMALL drinks.

I always order Jamba Juice thru door dash and they never disappoint. Always good and yummy.this time I got the mango a go go and was so yummy.

This sucks because I am editing my original review … a few years ago I gave them four stars but unfortunately today I’m giving them one. I wish they could give them zero the customer service was terrible. They are super professional and unwilling to help.

Very bad service. Staff did not acknowledge us. Two people working. Neither said they would help us in a moment. Finally walked out without making any purchase. Better training needed.

The last 2 times I've gotten a Caribbean Passion drink it has been made wrong. It's normally sweet and tastes delicious. This most recent time it was so tart I couldn't even drink it. I even tried giving it to my son who loves tart things and he didn't drink it. These drinks are not cheap. I'm very unhappy. I spent $17 on a large and small and what a waste! Very disappointing.
Worst ever Jamba Juice I have been to. Rude female employee with some attitude, and did not even made Açaí bowl properly. I have been to Jamba Juice many times in my life, but this one wasn’t that good.

I wish to stay anonymous for what I am about to tell you because I will no longer be affect or miss treated by my own manger anymore (Patrica Grace). I really hope you have no idea what’s going on in these stores (1587 and 1456) because for these young teens to experience a work environment like this unacceptable, and if you do know what’s going on then you should be ashamed of your company and lucky that no one has filed a lawsuit against you guys. Patrica Grace is one of the worst mangers I have ever had in my 5 years of working. I have no idea how she was hired on as a manger she isn’t suit for a management and not only that she was fired from 2 of her jobs for the exact same actions that she is doing in these stores. Teens come into work every single day and get BULLIED OR MISTREATED OR DEGRADED by PATRICA GRACE. My Co-works have reached out to hire levels but nothing has stopped nor has nothing been done by your higher up management team. It is so inappropriate and AGAINST THE LAW to go around spreading personal information and RUMORS as a manger!!!! That is so unprofessional and disrespectful not only to your businesses but to your employees. A lot of people who work here are their first jobs and around 16 to 17 if they are not a shift lead, and the amount of employees who text and call me on the regular bases bc of how MEAN our 80 year old manger is. THESE ARE CHILDREN WHO WORK HERE!!!! Parent if u are reading this…. Is this something you want your children working at? To be degraded or talk about behind our backs by our own manger. These kids can’t even ask their manger Patrica Grace a simple question because she WILLL call you stupid or an idiot or she’ll use inappropriate language. Please let me remind you one more time about how workers of this franchise have gone to upper management about this individual and still no actions I been taken. These poor works are bullied every single day by their own manger. These are literal children you guys. My team and I have done everything we could do to get this mentally abusive manger out of this business but no one will listen or take action for us (their own employees). It’s unacceptable what goes on in this work space and it’s even more unacceptable if you know what’s going on and u are letting it happen. THAT IS SICK!!! Absolutely sick, your manger goes around cussing your employees out and then spending LIES around both of the store. LIES she spreads LIES and still nothing has been done, even though people have reached and still nothing has been done. How many more employees need to quit before this company understands that their manger is the reason they quit. I wish you will reach out to ALLLL of the employees from store 1456 and 1587 and asked them what is your manger like because there is so much more than what i am putting. So please reach out to ALL OF THEM because this isn’t even the cherry on top. This will be the last time I reach out about this manner. If nothing is done you will be hearing from lawyers and u will lose 6 of your employees. Thank you
