Slowest place ever! I stood waiting for a smoothie for over 15 minutes as I was the only person in the store!! Ridiculous
Only rating food a 3 star because I am comparing to Jamba juice when they first opened. Personally liked the flavor and sugar levels of the originals. Health wise it is probably healthier now, but it's still a sugary juice drink...so why not go full send on the sugar? That's my take anyway. If you like juice drinks with less sugar it is a good fit for you.

The two girls Jasmine and Alessandra were friendly and welcoming and changed a bad experience I was having after being chased by a militant security guard that apparently even wants to fight me off duty. After I was really disappointed I couldn't buy wings at ATL Wings. The employee or possibly owner was really apologetic that she couldn't understand herself why the restaurant wasn't yet approved for EBT. I at first said something slightly offensive about not trying hard enough with a very slow and hard to change or get approval from a government agency which sounded offensive like she hadn't tried hard enough and hence the security guard being even more hateful towards me. But if a pro bono lawyer or possibly even DES employee could assist them in becoming certified I for one would be thankful. EBT should be accepted for all food products not just cold. Do you think all poor people have ovens, microwaves, or electricity for that matter. Most EBT recipients in Arizona are SMI. Do you really want them operating an oven or a grill while they fight the demons in their minds. Yes very intelligent. Thank you ATL Wings. Jamba Juice because I thought they did smoothies. They delivered so much more. Thank you girls. I know im Amazing but you both showed me up. I love it when youngsters impress me. Yes im Old . Thanks again. Never forget you can have and be anything you want. Don't believe me. Don't try. Okay Bye!!!!

Used to come here all the time until today. I understand you have to change the signs that show the items but use a ladder. Today I saw them change a sign out, walking all over the couter they prepare drinks on and then started making my drink without even cleaning it. I asked for a refund and will go somewhere else today.

The drinks are fine and was made like normal. The issue was when I got halfway through my drink, there was something in my mouth. When I pulled it out it. It wasn’t just a single hair. It was a balled up CLUNK of long hairsssss. Like a knot. I don’t know how it was even possible for them not to see it get in there. But I gagged when I took it out my mouth and threw up after. I can’t even think of Jamba Juice the same anymore cause every time I think a Jamba Juice I think of this and I can’t even go, which makes me upset because I love Jamba Juice.
I had the pleasure of being serviced by a Manager (Patricia). Not only did she answer my questions regarding my preference of smoothie, She was beyond patience with me as she re-maid my smoothie 3 times because I was unsure of what I wanted in it. To say the least, her attitude was positive and it didn't take long to complete my order at all. The service was Outstanding!

Very clean store. Great service and drink!
What a depressingly slow paced store. Been to many other Jamba locations and there’s no sense of urgency, no workplace happiness or excitement. Seems like a prison here. Definitely need to work on being a more upbeat atmosphere and you might see better customer reviews and more traffic here. 3rd order in line, 3 medium smoothies and 40 minutes start to finish. Insane.
HORRIBLY slow. No sense of urgency. Waited for 15 minutes and then the people who had gotten in line behind us were served before we were. I'm writing this as I am watching the employees. If you are in a rush don't come here. It's ridiculous. Also, I'm not sure why door dash gets served first when we physically came in to the store. Since when do in-person customers get such low priority? I'm not coming back anytime soon. This was ridiculous.
Great smoothies, but I think the girls behind the counter could fix their attitude 😂
Vincent M & other girl worker there on 1/ 23 /25 at 1:30pm were very helpful with menu. Nice when employees know all info on menu . Makes it so much easier....fast service Great location.
