Jersey Mikes has always been my favorite. But this last visit was beyond disappointing. The bread was rock hard and dried out. Not going back.

This is the only time Jersey Mike's has been very sloppy. The girl making my sandwich slid my sandwich into a sloppy mess from the previous customer, and I added bacon, and both strips that I had to pay for were 100% fat strips. I don't like to complain, so I just took it, but very poor experience. I will stay away from this Jersey Mike's

Got my order wrong. Wrong sandwich got the extras. My wife can't finish it. And my sandwich was dilapidated and thin. I paid an extra $5 dollars to have my order wrong. How wonderful

I placed a pick-up order for my wife to collect, but she was unaware of the JM pick-up procedure. She waited in the regular line and notified the staff member of her pick-up order, only to be met with a rude response and dismissive tone, directing her to the pick-up area. Upon arrival, my wife found that the order was not ready, and the staff member informed her that it was still being prepared. Once she brought the order home, we were dismayed to discover that the bread on both sandwiches was burnt and exceptionally hard, making them challenging to eat. I had persuaded my wife to try JM despite her initial preference for something else, making this experience even more embarrassing. The customer service and food quality fell short of my expectations, particularly considering the order cost over $30.

I love this location! The staff is always so polite, professional, personable, and fast! I prefer this location to others in the area and will make the extra drive just to get a sandwich from them.
I had an online order I got there around 5:40pm 03/21/25 and literally waited half an hour for them to even start my order everyone that came in after me left before me they were too busy gossiping between them not even caring that I’ve been waiting a long time never coming here again

This is the slowest most under staffed Jersey Mikes waited over 40 mins for a sub to be made in house they really need to step it up customer service wise highly lacking.

My husband and I were eating here tonight first off there was no one in the store. No one greeted us there was a manager and 4 other workers. They were chatting with each other and no recognition of us. Finally they took our order. When we ordered we were standing at the register forever and finally I had to ask if anyone is going to take our money? Can we get our drinks? Then someone came over to take our money. This is ridiculous and upsetting as a previous store manager myself this is inexcusable and not ok. I probably will not visit this store location in the future terrible costumer service!
