Don't order online. It won't be right. You have to go inside and watch them make your sandwich or it will be wrong. I'm not sure what all the options are for if the person making the sandwich doesn't look or pay attention to them. Disappointed, please do better.

I ordered 2 giant sandwich's and asked the guy if the bread was hard because it looked like it was when he was cutting it open and he said no. When the other guy was cutting it into fours, I could hear a crunch, so I leaned over and felt the top, it was fine. I get home and the entire bottom piece on both sandwich's were as hard as a rock. On top of that, the workers were rude and the slicer looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. Never going back there.

Would it kill someone in the service industry to smile and acknowledge a customer. Came in at 1:10 on 7/2, all the tables were dirty, there wasn’t a line and I was ignored for a few minutes by the male in a backwards hat. He finally helped me after asking one of the girls to help me 3 times. The girl was annoyed to do her job. Sorry I inconvenienced everyone.
