I really want to recognize Jocelyn she made the experience phenomenal great service wonderful smile very attentive and she can remember a thousand sandwiches okay so maybe not a thousand but we had at least nine Subs with a couple Giants in there and she remembered everything that we needed thanks for making some lifelong customers!

I come in here on a near daily basis after working my 10 hour over night shift. In the 2 months I have been going here I have never had an order made wrong, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, and always invite me to come back.

Seriously let me down mikes. Ordered a sandwich online for mobile pick up. Came into store 10
Mins later still not done. Plus there are FLIES everywhere.

Waiting ANOTHER 10 mins for my sandwich to get done as I just stared at it sitting there, while every other employee was cleaning etc

Attached a photo. BOTH OF THESE sandwich sat for 20 mins, even though one was for a customer ACTIVELY WAITING.

30 mins from order to being ready is just wild. What’s also wild is completely ignoring your customer waiting for their food after you confirmed with them they were here for that.

This store went downhill quick! I just picked up someone’s order and the place is filthy, I looked down cause my shoes were sticking to the floor. Soda dripping off the counters, food on the floor behind the counter and all over the dining area floor and tables gross 😷

I visited Jersey Mike’s today with my spouse to celebrate my birthday. While my spouse is a big fan of the chain, this was my first time dining here and unfortunately, I left feeling underwhelmed.

Upon mentioning that it was my birthday, none of the employees acknowledged it, which, while not a requirement, was a bit disappointing in terms of customer service. I inquired about the birthday reward and was told I needed to have had the rewards app for at least six months in order to qualify for a free sub. This contradicted what I found on the official website, which simply states that a prior sandwich purchase within the past year is needed. While I understand just missing the eligibility window, the six-month requirement seems inconsistent and left me confused about the policy.

The service experience was mixed. Of the four front-line employees, only one seemed genuinely welcoming, while the others appeared disengaged and disinterested. That said, I want to specifically commend the team member who handled the preparation of my gluten-free sandwich. He took clear steps to avoid cross-contamination cleaning the station, using a separate tray, sealed bread, fresh gloves, a new knife, and confirming whether I had an allergy.

As for the food itself, the sandwiches were okay. The gluten-free bread held up well and didn’t become soggy, which is often a challenge, but overall, the flavors didn’t leave a lasting impression.

In summary, the visit didn’t meet expectations, particularly for a first-time experience on a special occasion. While there were moments of care and effort, the overall atmosphere and customer service fell short. At this time, I’m uncertain if I’ll be returning.

Walked in tonight at 8:30 pm june 17th. And was met with dirty looks and disdain. Horrible customer service!!!!!!! Up charge of 2 bucks for 4 pieces of bacon on a giant 13 which was slopped together. Whoever those 2 ladies were they definitley need some retraining on customer service skills. Severly lacking. This used to be a great store. Not anymore. Its Mr. Goodcents from now on.

I pick up delivery orders from here a lot. There is ALWAYS a bunch of flies flying around the dining area. I would imagine they wouldn’t pass a health inspection with that going on. I personally will never order from here unless they get this situation under control.

My visit this jersey is Mike like a month ago had to walk back out. How was shockingly greeted with a group of flies . How do they pass their health inspection I will not be visiting this location again.
