Jersey Mike's Subs

I pick up delivery orders from here a lot. There is ALWAYS a bunch of flies flying around the dining area. I would imagine they wouldn’t pass a health inspection with that going on. I personally will never order from here unless they get this situation under control.

My visit this jersey is Mike like a month ago had to walk back out. How was shockingly greeted with a group of flies . How do they pass their health inspection I will not be visiting this location again.

Used ladies room and it was filthy! Trash can was full with used paper towels stacked up the wall. Floor was covered with pieces os paper towels stacked and the dispenser was empty. Went to complain and staff were standing around talking and checking cell phones!! All the tables were dirty.

Zach and Joc are amazing! They are so allergy-conscious, and made sure my food- allergic teen with Celiac disease was able to eat safely without feeling like she was inconveniencing anyone. That's HUGE. Highly recommend!

Hey, just wanted to write a review.
Nothing has changed from six months ago all kinds of gnats flying around in there like it’s the Amazon.
I was there about six months ago and came back today.
It’s pretty sad when you walk through the door and have to weave and Bob through the gnats or whatever they are to get to the counter.
Now you’re thinking huh is it going to be a good place to eat with clean and gnat free food?
I ordered the Philly cheesesteak, which was OK. It was a little soggy in the bag after I opened it.
It’s too bad It’s a fairly new and nice location but they need to figure that out.
I definitely wanna go back, but if this location doesn’t clean itself up and change the whole infestation problem I won’t be.

Calling in an order to only wait another 20 mins..to only find out they didn’t read the ticket and made my sub wrong…great! $30 Sub too…thx!

Edit: so this is now the 3rd time they have done this to us! Like they aren’t reading the tickets correctly. Management needs to hire smarter people. It’s seriously unbelievable…

Went back to have them remake it, and I watched them start to do it wrong again! After I made them write down what I wanted and show me. You can’t make this stuff up! I’ll never come back here ever again! 2 hours to get subs and 2 trips across town. Fire everyone! This is basic stuff guys! Finally saw enough after watching them hand pick peppers and onions out of my steak and cheese. Lied to me about it. I asked for a refund, they said refused to give me my ticket number to call corporate. And told me my refund would be in my account in 3 days. I still contacted corporate without their ticket number and also contacts the health board. So enjoy the fruits of your blantant incompetence. I’ll never be back! Just look at the other reviews. These ppl do not care at all!

I enjoy the food, but something needs to be figured out how to decrease the amount of flies

Do you ever have a moment where you’re so hungry? You know you want to get something and bring it home, but practically nothing sounds good. That was me tonight. I drive aimlessly for a moment and my eyes met Jersey Mikes. U haven’t been in a bit and a sandwich sounded good . I was pleased to see no one inside waiting which is not typically normal so I parked and made my way in. I was greeted right away which was great and my order taken quickly when I decided what I’d get. It’s always the same; a number 8. There were atleast five employees that I could see inside. Two of which were working…one being the guy who took my order and another making about five sandwiches which I assume were for door dash or something since none was there. The bread and meat were quickly put n my sandwich and then I just waited and waited. None of the other employees even attempted to help the one making the other sandwiches by making mine as I stood there waiting to have it finished and pay. Another customer came in and they told him they were out of the bread he wanted, but it was baking so he said he didn’t mind waiting. A few more minutes went by as the same employees near the back just kept talking amongst themselves. Is there five employees and only one person available to help make a sandwich for a customer who is standing right in front of them? Does no one see the other employee working his butt off? I don’t know it irritated me a bit. Is teamwork a thing anymore? My sandwich was good however, bread perfect and I fulfilled my cravings.

Holy cow, why are there so many flies? There were 2 groups of flies I had to pass through just to get into line. If my wife had not been so eager to have a sandwich - I would have walked out as soon as I walked in (she was hangry, I wasn't about to tell her we had to move on)

Arizona isn't known for having a lot of flies. Where did this place find all of these flies?

Out of bread at 6pm and they close at 9pm…. Should make enough to last till the end of the day, poor management.

Bad customer service! This place has a lot of flies and it needs to be addressed. ????
