I got there with my sister and we waited/watched 3 employees work on online orders for more than 5 minutes before we were able to start our order. Meanwhile a line of 4 other people formed while online orders were made. Horrible customer service! If only the subs weren't so good...I will probably go to a different location going forward.

If I'm going to pay $20 for a Giant Big Kahuna Chicken Philly, it better weigh appropriately. First off, mobIile order said pick up at 6:39, it was 6:46 when I was handed my order. The bag felt a little light. When I got home it weighed 476 grams (1.05lbs) with the wrapper, it should have weighed 780 grams (1.72lbs). Seems to me when I opened it, it looks like they put regular meat on giant! Should have taken a picture of the sandwich, but I was too hungry. I will next time, I got my eye on Jersey Mike!

Ordered five sandwiches on the mobile app for takeout: one was a giant/large, the rest were regular size. When I got home, we saw we only had regular size sandwiches. Called the store and was told they would refund the difference. It’s been one week, but we were never refunded.

Jersey Mikes has a great selection of sandwiches to choose from. Their sandwiches are not short of ingredients and toppings. They will stuff the bread with as much as you want to add. Everything is fresh and their meats are cut fresh just like a delicatessen. It's a change of pace from the hamburger or the chicken.

Worst Jersey Mike's ever. Very slow staff , very slow service. Waited in line half an hour to order. Got out of line and placed a pick up order was supposed to be ready for pick at 1215. Which was another 10 minutes. But it's better than waiting for 1 hour like somepeople. We literally sat and waited for the sub to be made. It wasn't ready at 1215. At 1250, it was finally placed in the bag and placed on a pick-up shelf. So waiting for 2 regular size subs for over an hour. And for the price . Sit down restaurant would've been better.

Poor Customer Service and Disrespectful,On February 2, 2024, at about 08:30 pm, I stopped by this place to order (3) subs. I entered and waited behind the counter. A few minutes later, a young lady asked me what I want to order. After I told her what I like to order, she stated the white bread they had was barely enough for (2) subs, so I ordered (2) subs. While I waiting for my subs, a lady entered the place, made her order, waited for it, got it, and left. Then, a gentleman entered the place, made his order, waited for it, got it, and left. Both customers had their subs in a white bread. When I asked the young guy was working there why these customers were placed before me, he answered “we are doing our best”. This will be the last time I deal with Jersey Mike’s Subs.

This place isn't very friendly. She( Liz) began to prepare my sandwich. I asked her if she was using the same gloves that she had used to handle the cash register. She gave me an unkind look and became quite rude thereafter. I do not plan to return.

The service at this location is terrible. The place is dirty, and Liz used the same gloves at the register to make sandwiches. When I questioned her, she responded rudely, removed her gloves, and continued to behave impolitely while preparing our food. There are many other restaurants to choose from, and I will not be visiting this one again.

Whoever they have on the grill needs to go! I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich and the never chopped it up. Cooked it until it was shoeleather. $10 for probably the worst sandwich I've had in years.

Excellent food quality and friendly service I have come to expect! The team that was on duty handled my order perfectly, and I was impressed by the neat appearance of their uniforms. The shop is conveniently located in a growing retail area, and with the outstanding execution of Jersey Mike's customer centric model, I'm sure this location will do great. Changed my usual order today and was not disappointed ?? ????

Chicken was very dry. Not worth the price I paid for the portion and small amount of veggies on my supreme Philly chicken (also they forgot to put mushrooms). I won’t go back again.
