I had a great experience at Jet’s Pizza in Surprise! The pizza is absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked with great flavor and fresh ingredients. You can really tell they take pride in what they serve.
Savannah, who took my order, was especially friendly and helpful. She made the whole experience smooth and pleasant with her positive attitude and great customer service.
I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Really wanted a Detroit style pizza, they delivered. The wings are just so-so. The brownie was pretty good. The garlic crust on my wifes pizza was pretty delicious. Probably be back to try something else. Keep in mind I drove from Goodyear just to get Detroit style pizza.

First time trying the pizza from this location. The entrance is on the street side, but you may park in the mall behind and walk around. I ordered a personal four corner Detroit style pizza. Hawaiian style. I waited outside; but before going to sit outside I used the restroom. It was clean, and fairly kept. Inside there are a few tables and chairs. This pizzeria is for the most part ‘Pick Up’ orders, and not for dining in. The pizza was ready, and no notice given. I walked back in, and they handed my order to me from the warmer. Once home I had a piece. It was a bit heavy; unlike other Detroit style pizzas that are lighter. It was a good pizza with ham, onion, pepper, pineapple, and cheese. Jet’s is a different option to have compared to the other chain restaurants like Pizza Hut, Dominos, and Papa John’s. You decide and choose for yourself. The best pizza in the area is Deno’s and Rosati’s. Little Sicily gets a nod too.

After looking at their menu I thought it was a little pricey but wanted to try anyways. My pizza was good. But my son's calzone was missing ingredients and the dipping sauce. I chose to use the text service to save money but probably will not be back.

⭐️ I really wanted to like this location because it’s close to me, but I’ve been disappointed twice now. I ordered my pizza well-done both times because I like it crunchy, but it came out soft and not crispy at all. The wings were also a letdown — they looked red inside, which made me uncomfortable about how well they were cooked. I was excited when this location opened, but so far the quality and consistency haven’t been good. I hope they improve.

Not sure why I continue to order from here. I have ordered pickup on multiple occasions and no one has been inside the store. Employees show up from outside and are very rude like my business is an inconvenience to them. Excellent product, horrid customer service. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN AND ADVISE NO ONE SHOULD. IF YOU WANT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Delicious pizza I really think this is my new favorite! Everything about it is on point. Got the four piece deep dish , with regular amount of mozzarella and added pepperoni. Also tried the garlic butter crust. It is delicious. The pieces are pretty generous and rich so one or two pieces per person is more than enough. My new go to place for pizza! So glad they are here in Surprise now
Aubrey and elise were very polite and recommended me many items helping me over the phone and in person. Great customer service on their behalf would definitely come again for them.

First time trying Jets, it was very good! We ordered the thin crust and the 4 corners deep dish. Deep dish was definitely our favorite, crust was perfect and the sauce and cheese had a very fresh flavor. Thin crust pizza was okay… my kids liked it but I’ll admit I was a tad disappointed. The large thin crust cheese pizza is 20 dollars and is very small. It was not enough food at all and I wouldn’t order that specific thing again because it felt like a waste of money as my kids were still hungry after eating it. Service was very nice and our order was ready perfectly on time! Overall a great experience!!!

We went there tonight and it was amazing. Not just the pizza we always love the pizza. The staff and manager were very nice and the guy running the wheel was super great with my two kids. Thank you for all the hard work you guys did today to keep up with everybody today. Definitely my favorite location.
