Got a Beach Club, there was really no Avocado, very salty. Really no turkey and all tasted was lettuce and tomato. Subway which I don’t care for is a lot better than Jimmy John’s

I’ve eaten JJ for 20yrs. From Illinois. This location is a disgrace to the JJ name. Partially baked bread, 2 pickles on a sandwich, doused in mustard, wrap half full and flat. When I go back to any location in Illinois they know what’s up even the middle of nowhere. This is embarrassing. Not to mention it used to be freaky fast… I had to go find the delivery driver after giving 2nd grade instructions just for this nonsense… and it was ordered out of JJ app…

The staff is always friendly and so helpful. I recently picked up a catered order and they accommodated a last minute change with smiles and enthusiasm. The food is consistently fresh and delicious and prepared quickly.

They don't read their tickets or follow printed directions. Sandwich was pulled high with lettuce when there wasn't supposed to be any, neither sandwich was cut. They also don't answer their phones when customers call probably because they don't want to deal with the complaints. Food and service has really gone done hill over the past few months.

Wellness Dental Surprise
Placed an online order for sandwiches online for delivery. Someone from the store called me 45 minutes after ordering and said they cant make my order or they will run out of bread so unless I want to wait a few hours for my order, they need to cancel it. What a joke. My staff already missed their lunch because of this.
Got a “beach club” from here, supposed to come with turkey, got home to find it was just a veggie sub so got stiffed on the fact I paid for meat, no meat. They were also “out” of onions (the girl just didn’t want to go in the walk in and grab onions, also pretty sure she didn’t want to get turkey either) terrible service. Usually love jimmy johns but as someone who used to work at a sub place I found the service I got deplorable enough to write this review, if you want jimmy johns just go to a different location. Worth the drive to literally any other location.
